Food is always good. However...Every time I go to pick up food, the owner is the only one working so there is almost always a wait. I have waited longer than an hour and a half before, and he said "just wait ten minutes" 4 or 5 times. The online ordering service has no apparent way to cancel the order, so we just get stuck waiting.

Tonight was the worst service experience I have ever had here. Food's great, but I was kept waiting for 45 minutes AFTER my food was supposed to be due with no apology. I realize they have a staff shortage but that's unacceptable!

Our order was completely wrong from what we actually ordered on top of that the food was not good I’m sorry to say I don’t like putting bad reviews on smaller owned restaurants but considering everything and the money I spent I was left with no choice I would not recommend this

Called to place a fairly large carry out order. Wanted to make sure that my order was accounted for correctly so I asked him to kindly repeat it for accuracy before hanging up. Charlatan hung up on me after saying in a mocking tone ..”bla, bla, bla.” Seems like these people hang up on folks when they are asked questions. Needless to say I’m not ordering from here ever again. Lost a customer for life. I’ll be taking all of my business to Chens from here on out.

I picked up my online order & confirmed my order. I got home, preparing the plates for my family, & found the Egg Foo Yung sauce was missing. I called immediately & told them what was missing. I asked for the sauce to be delivered. They said I could only come back & pick it up. I explained I couldn't. I asked for a credit/refund & was denied , with no other recompense offered. As I tried to come to a satisfactory solution, I was hung up on. I will not eat there again.

We stopped by this place to get quick Chinese food and the quality blew us away. The contents were just right and you could tell the food was expertly made. The quality of the food and service of the people there was amazing. I recommend eating the Orange Chicken and Sesame Chicken. The chicken is also very crisp with delicious sauce ??

First time customer and we were very happy with our experience! We purchased a variety of items off the menu and enjoyed each! They were short a few pieces of chicken teriyaki and were kind enough to replace the pieces with our choice of chicken wings AND gave us a free soda. We greatly appreciated the good service and prompt preparation. Glad to find a good Chinese restaurant close by! We will be back often!
