We went for the fish sandwich that we enjoyed in past years. It was on the Hardee’s web for $3.50 per sandwich. The bill was $9.54. When I told the clerk about it, we had 3 more employees including a manage come to the window. The manager was not nice and said we were wrong about the price. We took the fish anyway. It’ is the worst fish sandwich ever, the fish was smaller in size this year, way overcooked till it was all dried out and literally no fish flavor. We were extremely disappointed. Last time there for us.

I waited 10 minutes after I paid at the window for my food. I didn't see any other customers inside or any employees after my cashier disappeared.

Sandwich was smashed and bacon was not cooked thoroughly. Biscuit was hard as a rock and dry. English muffins were raw and dry. If I could they would get zero stars. We asked for a refund and they looked at us like we were dumb for asking. So, in total we paid for 3 sandwiches and they only refunded us for 2. We ended up paying 13 dollars for drinks and hashbrowns after we had ordered 2 combos and an extra sandwich without the refund for the extra sandwich.
