Very cool little spot on the main strip. Open setting. Fantastically designed with large open inviting doors, great lighting, cool decor, charging ports where needed and very friendly staff. Great spot for a date, weekend visit or watching the game etc. The drinks are fresh, unique and well crafted. The food is fresh and cooked right in the back where you can see if you want. My only complaint is that I don’t live closer ?

Seriously, I have always liked this place. However, this visit really assured me that I love this place. It is in the main town Carlisle so parking can be a little rough, especially on a busy weekend. We went on a Friday and it was not very busy at all, so we sat at the bar. We had the most rad bartenders every Roxanne and Cody I highly recommend going when they are behind the bar. Even though the drinks on the menu are good, I've had them before we wanted to try something off the menu to celebrate my brothers birthday I received the Foxy Roxy it was made so good and tasted like summer, and I highly recommend it. My brother got Spa Day, which was a cucumber mint drink it was so delicious and refreshing, and then my boyfriend wanted a chocolate drink, and they made him an adult Chocolate Milk which was soooooo delicious. We did get a menu drink, and it was the adult root beer float it was very good!!! The two bartenders should seriously be able to have a special each weekend of their own creations because they know what they are doing.

Stopped tonight for a drink. They were not busy. The waiter would not wait on us, as he was too busy hearing about another customer’s experience speaking French. Won’t go back!

Cute little local distillery. Plenty of themed drinks and food. Bartenders and service was good. Their locally distilled bourbon was decent, but it needs a few more years.

They are All Stars!!Great Food, Good Times, Live Music, Open Mic Nights(shout out to Todd Fisher and Mandolin Mike), Comfortable Atmosphere and House Made Spirits!If you get the opportunity to take the behind the scenes tour, as the commercials use to say, Just Do It!Pop Quiz-Do you know the origin of the word Proof?We have all said it a million times when reading the alcohol content of whatever we were drinking...but do you know why it's called that?For a fun night out..Hook and Flask is Fire!But its okay..there's always firemen close!?

Great happy hour and super friendly staff. The pineapple beer is delicious. Sat at the bar for HH which rush from 5pm to 7pm. Cute bar.
Burgers are excellent cooked perfectly, very juicy, a simple Caesar salad was absolutely delicious, the grilled chicken grilled beautifully,, but very tender and juicy inside. Don't hesitate to try the loaded Totties. Delicious!

Very disappointed. I think the dinner food is great; however, the brunch food was awful with a very limited menu. My Eggs Benedict was the worst I’ve ever had. The eggs were extremely watery, there was hardly any hollandaise sauce, no seasoning, and the crispy potatoes were black. And extremely overpriced.
