Massey’s what has happened? Your custard is no longer creamy and delicious, it’s icy and terrible. Please go back to the old recipe. I know I’m not the only one who thinks this, other reviews on google say the same. It was down right disappointing tonight.

My wife and I stumbled upon this little gem about 5 years ago on a road trip down South. We had never had frozen custard before having theirs. From the first spoonful we were hooked! Since our first visit, we always make it a point to ensure our route takes us through Carlisle PA so that we can partake of some of the best soft serve frozen custard around. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the portions are ample. Be sure to pay Massey’s a visit when you are in the area. You’ll be thankful that you did!

MASSEYS has been around for a long time, and that's because they do frozen custard better than anyone else. SO many choices! great prices and generous servings. please remember to tip your servers.
Place has great frozen treats and a variety of other things. Everyone inside was very nice and accomidating. Great local shops are always a pleasure to visit. Wish the outside seating was just a little more taken care of. Spills and sticky benches. Other than that, place is awesome.
Quart of the twist to go. Plenty of other choices from cups and cones to sundaes and splits - variety of flavors too. If I live here long enough I’ll try them all

Stopped here as part of the Cumberland Valley Ice Cream Trail. Just got the soft serve, but was impressed that they had different flavors other than just chop and vanilla! I got mint chocolate and vanilla. The price was def fair. The place was pretty busy so that’s definitely a good sign of a loved ice cream spot. They had various sundaes on the menu, like blueberry! There was plenty of seating outside, plenty of parking too.You walk inside the lobby and order at the window/counter so no where inside to eat. Plenty of staff to take your order and make it too. Next time I’ll try the sundaes!
Parking: Parking right there around d the building! Easy in and easy out!
Kid-friendliness: Many kids there! What kid doesn’t like ice cream !
