Order to the app. I was told the items were not available and I was able to choose the substitution which is fine. Told to wait in the drive-thru overflow parking spot and waited for more than 20 minutes. When delivered I was told that my debit card would be reimbursed and did not receive the substitutions. Debit card was never reimbursed, feels like a theft has occurred.

Stopped in to get a burger...went through drive through..nothing special in order ..my husband order quarter lbsno onions...literally waited over
20 minutes.....PEOPLE PICKED UP ORDERS LEFT...AND WE CONTINUED TO WAIT..worst service ever..

Staff wasn't polite during the whole process or ordering my food, and taking my money. I said thank you, and they didn't respond. Had to be parked. Nobody in line behind me. Food was barley warm. The lady who brought my drink and food to my car looked exhausted and cold. She was rude.

Make sure you use your app for points because the cashier is taking all receipts and putting your receipts into her own mcdonalds app so you can't redeem later

Worst place ever to go to slow incompetent gave one kids meal and we told we had another kids meal. They told us to go sit and wait. They didn't give the other kid. His meal still forgot it. It was the worst experience ever having one kid yell for their food because the other ones I got theirs just because they forgot a kids meal,
