Picked up a filet-o-fish and cheeseburger to use points and grab a quick, easy dinner on the run. Been awhile but was reminded of mediocre McD's products and flavor for certain things. Temps were warm at best, even eating immediately. Burger was dry. Tartar sauce for fish was half off and half on the sandwich, making a mess in the box. People were nice enough. Inside seemed clean enough.

they didn’t toast my muffin. i was starving and craving a sweet crispy sausage McMuffin on my break. with the edges slightly burnt. mmm my favorite. but i was ashamed to see not only was it not burnt but it didn’t even see the toaster. ruined my work day.

Order to the app. I was told the items were not available and I was able to choose the substitution which is fine. Told to wait in the drive-thru overflow parking spot and waited for more than 20 minutes. When delivered I was told that my debit card would be reimbursed and did not receive the substitutions. Debit card was never reimbursed, feels like a theft has occurred.

Staff wasn't polite during the whole process or ordering my food, and taking my money. I said thank you, and they didn't respond. Had to be parked. Nobody in line behind me. Food was barley warm. The lady who brought my drink and food to my car looked exhausted and cold. She was rude.
