First time I've ever heard it was against company policy to give a carry bag to a customer that is there to pick up carry out.
I had to edit this: I didn't get what I ordered and the food that i did get was ice cold. 17 dollars for a wasted time is uncalled for
From now on I'll travel in to town and visit the McDonald's there

Pulled in drive through at 9:50, was asked to pull forward after I paid. Paid 10.48, waited 14 minutes, just to get a rock hard bacon, egg and cheese bagel meal. It was so hard, I probably would have broken my window if I threw it at it. The employees are always nice and polite, so at least there's that. Called corporate, they were fast to respond and the owner of that McDonald's reached out minutes later to resolve issue. The hash brown, iced tea and iced coffee were delicious though! Please do better, and take some care on stuff like this! I gave 5 stars for atmosphere and service bc the issue was not with the front end, just the food itself.

The manager seemed nice enough, if too busy to give any form of personal touch. Waited 10 minutes for my food to come out. Fries came out cold and soggy. I asked if I could get fresh fries and the girl at the counter stared at me like I was an idiot for about five seconds before telling me to throw all of the fries out and stomping off. She then proceeded to “under her breath” complain to the manager about me, in front of me, while shooting daggers at me with her eyes while I waited another 8 minutes for the fries to come out…
The place seemed under staff with everyone but the manager on edge.

The food is like any other McDonald's, but the staff here are very friendly. I've never had them mess up an order either. It's also very clean (including the bathroom).
Kid-friendliness: There's no play place, but it's kid-friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible. There's also a lot of space in the family bathroom for a wheelchair to easily maneuver.

Avoid this one if you can. Been coming here for years and it’s always been sub par compared to others in the area. Waited 20 mins for food only to find out they never placed the order even after I paid. Then they got the order wrong literally two seconds after I told them what it was.

THIS MCDONALDS IS NASTY WORK!!! Found somebody’s hair in my bacon egg and cheese biscuit!!! Also there was a pile of dust IN THE STORE!!! THEY ARE NASTY!!! BEWARE!!!

The simplest food order was made incorrectly ( and the place wasn't busy , not like they were in a rush). Facility wasn't bad with exception of dirty bathrooms and the staff / service / attitudes were ok

The food was fine and all but the service was rude and our small freezes were only filled like halfway. Ended up going and getting them fixed at a different McDonald's and getting the sauces we needed for all the nuggets we got because they wanted to charge us for extra sauce just because bad blood they had with my significant other. As soon as we walked in with our kid they were trying to get us out the door. It was very unprofessional.
