The hostess: I found the interaction incredibly rude. My boyfriend had arrived early and was already seated, despite a sign stating that guests cannot be seated early.
When I politely asked about him, the man with the mustache who was seated alone, the hostess said there was no such person. Since that clearly wasn’t true, I began looking around, at which point she abruptly came out from behind the counter and rushed toward me, scowling. I then saw my boyfriend and was seated, but the behavior was surprising and uncomfortable. What did she think she was going to do? Allow her to mandate us to be separate for lunch? Her behavior was illogical and hostile.
As for the food, it was very disappointing. The pot pie tasted sour and was essentially inedible, and his meal was mediocre at best.
I had wanted to eat here for years. I found the hostess's behavior very shocking.

they don't list ingredients on their menu and the manager just copped an attitude with me for complaining about mushrooms in my dish. yes, i'd eaten a bunch before i even noticed, but i felt sick once i realized because i hate mushrooms. he's lucky i'm not allergic

We ordered a catered thanksgiving dinner that we chose to pick up on site. Cyndi, Toni and the team were very friendly efficient and professional. The food was hot, it was delicious and the portions were generous. They helped us by providing all of the plastic wear and serving utensils too. Great experience and, Lord willing, we will definitely consider momma and the team for many thanksgivings to come!
