We were visiting Carlisle for the Porsche swap meet with our friend Johnny, and luckily we decided to try this place out! The food was great, and super reasonable. It was only Sabell's 2nd day at work, but she was very charming, and attentive, she made our whole trip to Carlisle worth while! I truly wish I lived closer, because this excellent restaurant would become a favorite of mine! Thanks Sabell, you are awesome! ?

Happened to come across this place going from NJ to NC. I so happy I found this place. Food was delicious, service was excellent. If you’re a tea lover like me then you must try jasmine tea. It’s not a tea bag it’s loose tea with amazing taste and smell. Will definitely stop again if passing by.

I hate to knock down another restaurant to uplift another, but Mount Fuji > Issei Noodles. I'm unfortunately a picky eater, sorry I can't get over that- but Issei straight up refused to remove (not substitute, simply remove) any ingredients, and they were snotty about it too. Mount Fuji didn't even make the smallest fuss, they were so accommodating and kind about it. The ramen was incredible, up there with my favorite Ramen place, Hidechan Ramen in New York. The friend I went to dinner with also loved his food. I will definitely be eating here whenever I want good ramen. (I'm sure their sushi is good too, but as aforementioned, I am a picky eater.

This is my favorite Japanese restaurant in the area. The pork donburi was fantastic. My husband got the udon lomein noodles with chicken. They were perfectly tender without the squishing that happens when you overcook noodles. The green tea was delicious. I have also gotten their sushi before, which is fresh and fantastic. I'm so glad to have been here.
