So I've come to this place now three separate occasions twice as delivery driver and once as a customer and I got to say like this place aside from the morning is terrible in the afternoon and night time The service is absolutely ridiculous. I've been here multiple times and told that my orders gnashed or they're working on it and then after that I'm just kind of shooed away there's very little customer interaction at like you might as well just put a headset on these kids and a set of sunglasses like if you want zero customer service come here

I got a sandwich to go. It was very good. Little on the pricey side but it was good and a nice treat.

Dear Panera of Carlisle.. you’re killing me smalls.. every order has something missing, and you’re always out of Baguettes! “Bread” is in the name.. you shouldn’t be out of bread! Quality control is seriously lacking at this location, and inventory problems persist.

I have been eating at Panera for almost 30 years. The quality of the food has gone downhill so much that once the gift card I have is used up, I won't be eating there any longer. $24 for two salads and some bread that were barely enough for dinner, included grey slimy chicken that is NOTHING like the chicken they used to top salads with, and wilted lettuce I had to pick out. Every time I have stopped to get salads at a Panera over the past year or two, I have been increasingly disappointed. I messaged a friend of mine to tell her about it and she said they never eat at Panera any more because of how downhill the quality has gone. And oh how I miss how tasty the baguettes used to be. It may be a baguette-shaped loaf, but by no means is it a baguette in taste. I can't imagine Panera will survive with what the food has become.

Was very dirty yet not busy at all. We walked around looking for a clean table and finally had to clean one off ourselves.
When we went to get our beverages, we had to reach around a maintenance man who was standing on the counter with his gut hanging right in our faces and his pants half down. That's quite unappetizing. There was no ice available but we just had to figure it out. If I ever have a craving for Panera, I will go out of my way to avoid this location.

The lack of staff here makes the wait frustrating. The few workers here this morning were very friendly, but making a stop on the way to work takes a lot longer than I have. There was only one terminal working. The other was shut down, I overheard an employee trying to help. The self service terminals work, but the tap feature to use Apple Pay was disabled. Ugh!

Terrible service. It took 40 minutes to make two sandwiches and a smoothie. 40 minutes!!! I could have gone to a grocery store, bought the food, gone home and made it in that amount of time. On second thought that’s exactly what I’ll be doing next time.

They’re out of salad tonight. Just no salad at all, generally. At the salad place. And they’re understaffed every night.By the way, if you’re wondering how other visits have gone, here’s a picture of a “full” salad (on one of the rare occasions that all ingredients were in stock). And here’s another of a cigarette butt someone discarded on the floor, possibly to symbolize what Panera executives think of their employees and customers.

Second time they forget the bacon on the mac and cheese I even asked twice about the bacon.
