The girl at the register was weird , she had an attitude for no reason š i had to go arm up my food?? $17 for food n i had to go get it AND warm it up in the microwave conveniently placed in the middle of the establishment š never again . had to warm up the soup AND coffee because it was all cold ..

Just spend 9$ on a half a dozen of bagels sliced and toasted that tastes like something burnt in their toaster and now my bagels taste like it š¤¢

Manager Katie is doing a great job at Panera Carlisle, PA Noble Road. Clean cafe and restrooms. Fresh pastries and food offerings. Welcoming staff and friendly community. This is one of our favorite Panera stops. Keep up the good work.

Online ordering wasnāt available at the time, couldnāt use my coupon on the kiosk, so I had to stand at the counter and wait and wait and wait about ten minutes until someone finally noticed me. The first girl that came to the register didnāt know how to put my coupon in the system, so she had to go and get what Iām assuming was the manager. The manager argued with me about using a VALID coupon. All I wanted was a bowl of soup. After being denied use of my coupon, I told the ladies I guess I wonāt be getting anything then. The āmanagerā said āokayā as I turned and left. I heard the two girls laughing as I was walking out the door. Some real great customer service here. Not.

Occasionally we meet friends from Virginia here to have an extended lunch. We are never rushed or bothered by staff. However the portions of food and getting much smaller.

Close to everything in the shopping plaza. Nice size inside few tables outside the front. Toward the evening they were sold.out of stawberries for salad and no bread or apples.
I had stopped going to Amy Paneraās because the coffee out of their large thermos dispensers was never hot. This visit reminded me of why I do not stop at Panera, Coffee was lukewarm at best.

Panera is almost always great, but their prices seem a bit high, and that is the only reason I did not give it a 5 star. We are in our fifties and ordered the Strawberry Chicken Caprese Salad to split and loved it. Service was quick, staff were friendly and it was clean and bright inside. We will be back, just not too often.
