This place is dumpster grub! I ordered a pizza and wings to my hotel room 9 minutes away, per google. I was quoted a delivery time of 25-35 minutes, which was cool for a Friday night. 35 minutes after my order I received a message that papa John's lazy faces passed delivery onto garbage door dash, which I purposely avoided when placing the order! 90+ minutes later, i received an ice cold pizza-like disc that had cardboard-ish color to it and lukecold wings soggy in sauce I didn't order from a walking dead reject. This was after I paid $5 for delivery and $5 tip on a $14 order. If ever back there I know exactly where NOT to order from! Save your money and just chew a stick of gum!

Wings were... underwhelming for the price you pay... They were small bone in wings which is fine but the price per is $$$. Taste wise they were good once you forgot the price.
Pizza: Was decent, it is definitely a fast food pizza. Topping quantity was a bit lacking.
Garlic Bread: Was not really garlicy but a decent quantity for price.
Staff was 10/10 and deserve a raise.

Absolutely crushing how poor the quality of pizza and service has become here. This used to be the best pizza place in Carlisle, but even since before covid, it's been on the decline. Like black licorice, I'll forget just how awful it is, and my hope that the people who clearly don't care will quit or be fired, and I'll order only to yet again regret my choice.

Worst Papa Johns pizza ever. We travel the country I order from here alot because of consistency. This was the biggest disappointment spent 49.00 for one XL pizza with extra pepperoni, sausage and onions. No extra anything barely could taste anything and it arrived on time but ice cold. This is why these businesses are struggling I'd eat at a nice restaurant full meal for that. So hard to spend this kind of money for such crap product. Not all papa johns are bad just calling this one out.

Don't bother ordering for delivery if you live on Carlisle Barracks. There's a good chance you won't be able to get it delivered. They're fine for take-out, but you'll be lucky if they have someone that can deliver on base. Probably just fine if you're not military or otherwise live in town

I had a wonderful time at Papa John's in Carlisle, PA. The workers are so kind, and they gave me an extra pepper in my box. Best pizza I've ever had!
