Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

First time ever at a Red Robin. Food is under seasoned (they provide salt, pepper, other seasoning and ketchup at tables and bar area), service was okay ordered a drink for others ordering after me and being served first but server was friendly atleast. It's just a typical burger/ sandwich shop with couple entrees available.

Had a wonderful dinner here tonight around 8:30 and just had to leave a review. The service was absolutely fantastic — our waitress was so friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome the whole time. You can tell when someone actually cares about making your night a good one, and she really did.

I had the teriyaki chicken with bottomless sweet potato fries and everything was so fresh and delicious. The fries were hot, crispy, and perfectly seasoned, and my meal was exactly what I was hoping for. We never felt rushed, our drinks were always refilled, and everything came out just right.

Big thank you to the team tonight — great food, great service, and a really pleasant atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

Maybe avoid during lunch place was empty. Fries were served cold. Server didn’t comeback until I was leaving not sure what was going on there today?

Two days after eating lunch with my husband I noticed a $3.00 Ziosk Entertainment charge on my bill. I called the restaurant and explained to the person that answered the phone that my husband and I don't play games. She then transferred me to the Manager. After five minutes on hold he picked up and asked me what our table number was and check number and again was placed on hold. After 18 minutes I called back again and spoke to another lady. She said I could stop and receive a $10 comp card. I stopped today for my $10 comp card and the front desk gentleman called for the Manager. The Manager came out and handed me the gift card and did not say a word. No apologies, sorry for your inconvenience, etc. Won't be going back.

had an awesome service worker who was The worker wasable to give me the Veterans Day meal takeout and not only that they gave me a drink as well as a coupon to a red Robin restaurant for a free appetizer milkshake or dessert which is very awesome and I appreciate the red Robin community there and staff they are 10 out of 10 by far best experience I've had in the area

I had a fantastic time at Red Robin! The food was delicious — the burgers were juicy, fresh, and cooked perfectly to order. The bottomless fries are always a win, and the seasoning is addictive. The restaurant was clean and had a fun, relaxed vibe that made the meal even more enjoyable.

Our server was super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without feeling rushed. It’s clear the staff really care about providing great service.

Orders online and it took over 20 mins from our original pick up time. Had to call in twice to let them know I was here. The first call a guy answered never asked name or anything just said ok we will bring food out never came out called back and waited a little more. This was the worst experience we have had here and was extremely disappointed.

Something has changed. Food not as good and way to expensive. Quality of simple hamburger and fries not near what it use to be. Price for this out of reach. So disappointed. Used to be very favorite place to stop and eat when in Carlisle area. Will not be stopping again.

Lunchtime. No one is there for lunch and now I know why. Slow service even though no one is there and plenty of employees standing around laughing. Croissant BLTA was dry with almost no avocado to speak of. The wrap was tasteless and chicken questionable. Will not be back. Obviously like so many others...
