Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Lunchtime. No one is there for lunch and now I know why. Slow service even though no one is there and plenty of employees standing around laughing. Croissant BLTA was dry with almost no avocado to speak of. The wrap was tasteless and chicken questionable. Will not be back. Obviously like so many others...

I wasn't very satisfied. My sister's mac and cheese side dish was ice cold, and many pieces of mine were burnt and were also lukewarm/cold. My bacon cheeseburger was too crispy on some sides and made some bites very unenjoyable (i picked half of the side off of the burger patty). My brother asked for the same thing as me but they gave him tomato when I asked them to take it off. I got a peaches and cream milkshake for desert and it did NOT include the peach rings shown in the picture, and it only tasted like vanilla with really big chunks of peach, so you couldn't have it with just a straw. The only thing I really enjoyed was the service from our waiter (she was very kind, but it was loud so she couldn't hear us half the time), and the fact that I could have a night out with family. Would not recommend unless you're into very crispy food.

I visited this restaurant for dinner after a long day of work and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. Upon arrival, the host was unwelcoming and rolled her eyes when I politely requested a booth. I was then seated with a server who displayed an unprofessional attitude throughout the meal.

In addition to the poor customer service, I observed unsanitary practices, such as the server touching her face while taking our order, and there was a noticeable body odor. These issues made the dining experience uncomfortable and concerning from a hygiene standpoint.

While I do not recall the server’s exact name, I believe it may have been “Perry” or something similar, she was most likely middle eastern or foreign because she had a strong accent. Regardless, the lack of professionalism and cleanliness left a very negative impression. I remained polite during my visit, but based on this experience, I do not plan to return.

I hope this feedback helps management address these concerns to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Our visit today started off ok. Our server, Jennifer, seemed stressed or something, she was not the most personable and didn't even try to smile. When we ordered she seemed to get everything down correctly. At least she repeated it back to us correctly. However, when our food came my order was incorrect. I had ordered the baacon cheeseburger, gluten free roll and no tomato and ranch to dip fries in. What came was a regular cheeseburger with onion lettuce and tomato on it with campfire sauce to dip fries. When I questioned her she kept trying to tell me that was what I ordered. Even practically argued with me about it. Then she said can I just bring you bacon. I said that was fine. She didn't even bother to check on us til we were ready to leave. When I looked at my bill she had chargese for the bacon....that she missed on the order!! I couldn't even get her attention get that charge removed. I paid the bill and left. Very disappointed in the service my daughter and I received.
Plus they must have recently raised prices...for 2 of us to each get a burger, 1 water and 1 iced tea the bill was over $40...for lunch.

Pretzel bites are flavorless - steer clear. Chicken sandwich and wedgie burger were fine.

DEFINITELY AVOID USE OF TABLE TABLET! Hit with surprise “entertainment fee” for trying the trivia game on it and paying bill on it. There was no opt in or warning about it.

Poor impression of first visit to a restaurant in this chain. Will not return.

It was very cold inside but sat outside on the patio. Received prompt service despite sitting outside. Great server!

Stopped in for a quick bite for lunch. Service was great, good okay, but some of the other customers were listening to videos etc on their phone. That noise along with the Red Robin music made it a bit overwhelming.
