Our visit today started off ok. Our server, Jennifer, seemed stressed or something, she was not the most personable and didn't even try to smile. When we ordered she seemed to get everything down correctly. At least she repeated it back to us correctly. However, when our food came my order was incorrect. I had ordered the baacon cheeseburger, gluten free roll and no tomato and ranch to dip fries in. What came was a regular cheeseburger with onion lettuce and tomato on it with campfire sauce to dip fries. When I questioned her she kept trying to tell me that was what I ordered. Even practically argued with me about it. Then she said can I just bring you bacon. I said that was fine. She didn't even bother to check on us til we were ready to leave. When I looked at my bill she had chargese for the bacon....that she missed on the order!! I couldn't even get her attention get that charge removed. I paid the bill and left. Very disappointed in the service my daughter and I received.
Plus they must have recently raised prices...for 2 of us to each get a burger, 1 water and 1 iced tea the bill was over $40...for lunch.

Pretzel bites are flavorless - steer clear. Chicken sandwich and wedgie burger were fine.
DEFINITELY AVOID USE OF TABLE TABLET! Hit with surprise “entertainment fee” for trying the trivia game on it and paying bill on it. There was no opt in or warning about it.
Poor impression of first visit to a restaurant in this chain. Will not return.

It was very cold inside but sat outside on the patio. Received prompt service despite sitting outside. Great server!

Stopped in for a quick bite for lunch. Service was great, good okay, but some of the other customers were listening to videos etc on their phone. That noise along with the Red Robin music made it a bit overwhelming.

It's a burger joint, right? Why did it cost me $75.00?! Really?! So, my wife and I each got a burger, fries and a Milkshake. We shared onion rings. The place was clean, the server was nice and did a good job. My issue is the cost. The burgers and fries were just OK. The milkshakes were good. The onion rings were good. I tipped the server $10.00. Total of $75. The cost is outrageous for this type food! Because of the cost I probably won’t be back.

Burgers were very good fries, and drinks were also very good. Our server was doing double duty. She was the bartender also, and she didn't miss a beat. Went on a Saturday, and they had a bunch of different college football games on, which was nice. They also have some pretty good deals for happy hour. All and all a really good experience.
Dietary restrictions: Lettuce wraps for those not doing bread.
Kid-friendliness: A few birthdays were going on, and the kiddos seemed to be having a great time!

A restaurant that deserves five stars. The reception was excellent from the beginning, and the table that was chosen was suitable for our large number. The waitress, Sydney, supervised our orders with complete professionalism and was extremely humble. The food was very delicious and deserves to be tried again.

Our server, Cindy, was amazing! She went over and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Made us feel like we were the only ones there. Will definitely be back!
