First time ever at a Red Robin. Food is under seasoned (they provide salt, pepper, other seasoning and ketchup at tables and bar area), service was okay ordered a drink for others ordering after me and being served first but server was friendly atleast. It's just a typical burger/ sandwich shop with couple entrees available.

Had a wonderful dinner here tonight around 8:30 and just had to leave a review. The service was absolutely fantastic — our waitress was so friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome the whole time. You can tell when someone actually cares about making your night a good one, and she really did.

Two days after eating lunch with my husband I noticed a $3.00 Ziosk Entertainment charge on my bill. I called the restaurant and explained to the person that answered the phone that my husband and I don't play games. She then transferred me to the Manager.
