Favorites include taco salad, beef barb b q, tomatoes soup, grilled cheese, fries.Parking: Attached lot which during peak busy times can get pretty full but never had to park elsewhere.

Great food, super friendly service.Called in to let them know we had a table of 9 coming in. We were able to sit down immediately. Super bubbly friendly server took care of us right away. Restaurant filled up quick at noon and service slowed a bit but still attentive. Food was hot and fresh, no compromise on quality.Parking: Can get busy but always can get reasonable parking.

Probably one of the best I have had in the entire region and I have had a few ?. I still prefer Philly area Hoagies, but was impressed they use Amarosos Rolls. Service, speed, bread, condiments, all top notch. There was plenty of meat I just thought the quality was just slightly below perfect, but overall still best in Carlisle and Mechanicsburg that I have had. Pleasantly surprised. I will be back and recommend for sure.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp going in.

Ordered two Italian subs for pick up and the menu says they all come with lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo. Come home and unwrap them to see two pathetic looking hoagies consisting of only meat and cheese. And that was $35. You apparently have to specify every single thing you want on it regardless if it's supposed to be there by default. Completely asinine.

After having driven past the Southside Deli on many occasions, we finally tried it with favorable results. Dropped in for lunch on Saturday (2/3/24) and while it was busy, the place wasn't too crowded, despite getting the overflow from the Ice Fest. I had the 'Strami hotdog while my wife had the Mushroom & Swiss burger. My dog was juicy and flavorful and the hot pastrami & cheese topping was excellent. My wife liked her burger but the flavor of the brioche roll overshadowed the taste of an otherwise nice burger patty. A plain roll would have been better in this case.The staff were friendly & efficient and we will definitely visit again to try some of their other offerings.Wheelchair accessibility: All on one level and wheelchair accessible

My family and I had lunch here for the first time today. My daughter ordered the kids pizza which essentially was a pita bread with a pound of sauce. In other words, a sloppy mess that she couldn't even eat. And the French fries were frozen crinkle fries, not impressed. The sandwiches were so so but the kitchen staff made my husband's sub wrong so he had to send it back. Considering we had 2 of our meals wrong, it would have been nice for a manager to come out and acknowledge us, but that didn't happen. And they charged us full price for everything. The server was great but that was about it. We definitely wouldn't go back.
