Nice place to visit. Staff was obliging & helpful. It had two clean bathrooms,no waiting.
Food & beverages were delivered speedily.
Peaceful people & place.

Service is always quick at this location. Inside seating is very limited now since their remodel. But the flow inside is better now.

My husband picked up a drink for me on his way home from work. Unfortunately it was not what he ordered. I called and said I would be stopping by later after work to get it corrected. Thank you Peyton for the great customer service!

Very poor customer service. If they run out of the right lid for your drink size, don't expect them to demonstrate any empathy or to offer a useful solution. I was literally told today that they are "too busy to help customers that way". So take your chances - if they have the right supplies, you may be fine. But otherwise, don't you dare presume to stand in the way of their moneymaking.

My wife and I are a regulars because we live in Carlisle. We go frequently. The employees are always friendly. The food is always great however they’re always out of stock of popular items for example, their new egg pesto sandwich, double bacon sandwich and their pumpkin muffin. During winter, they were constantly run out of tea. By the way my wife has been burn her finger from the way they packaged their tea. They fill the cup to high and the hot water spells out, even with 2 cups. I thought with the new renovation will be better.

I get the same drink 3-5 times a week. This week has been nothing but attitude and horrible drinks! (It's only Wednesday) Yesterday my cup was missing 1/4 or more closer to 1/2 of the drinking. I knew when the cup was handed to me that it was way too light. Then today I got the same drink missing the ingredients I asked and paid for..and had a dirt after taste. These drinks are too expensive for morning people with attitudes to do what they do. Bring back the old staff!!!!

Mocha was so watery.. I am experiencing this for the second time

Worst drivethru layout ever. It's a nightmare to even get to. Staff are great, drinks are always done right, hence the 4 stars.
