Starbucks plz my beloved, you are so nice and you write such nice things on my drinks, but PLZ, I need a straw when I order a frappe delivery 😭 this is like the 7th time I've had to spoon eat my coffee. You're all so kind and you're customer service is incredible BUT PLZ, PLZ STARBUCKS I HUMBLY ASK FOR A STRAW IN THE BAG 😭😭😭

I WAITED 10 minutes IN AN EMPTY DRIVE THROUGH FOR A COLD BREW. I WAS LATE TO WORK. ITS A COLD BREW YOU JUST POUR IT.

There was at least 6 girls behind counter
I was only person standing in line at register. Waited.over 5 mins , not one employee spoke to me.or asked me.if I needed help. They were all.laighing and carrying on. Just walked.out and sat at tables. Never placed my order even though it was obvious I was wanting order. Had cash in my hand looking at menu yet out.of 6 ppl., no.one apoke.to me

Ordered a few drinks here the other day to try and make up for a disappointing experience at a restaurant we had just left only to be met with more failure. My brother and sister ordered one caramel frap with 1 pump of caramel, and one decaf caramel Frap. I ordered three brownies and a large hot vanilla latte. The latte and brownies came out fine but they brought the frape to the window and it was completely white, ie no coffee in it at all. My sister rejected it stating it wasn't right. It's supposed be a blended drink with ice, coffee, milk, caramel suace and sugar topped with whipped cream and more caramel. They went back and re-made it but it was still incorrect. With the line backing up behind us we decided to cut our losses. this was roughly 36 dollars with two out of three drinks improperly made. The decaf had absolutely no coffee in it, and the regular barely a hint if any at all. Furthermore, the re-made frap had a pink drink label on it, I'm thinking someone behind us lost their drink in the process.

For several years, I have frequented Starbucks locations throughout the country. However, Carlisle, which is conveniently located near my hometown, has become my preferred destination. The staff at this establishment is exceptionally dedicated, and the management team has demonstrated remarkable leadership. I highly recommend visiting this store if you are an avid Starbucks enthusiast.

Never have anything u want or they will wait till end of order tell u we don't have this and always a snotty group when u ask for certain stuff I want
