The customer service was very disappointing. Having a bad day doesn’t justify treating customers with attitude. I was charged for add-ons that I never received, and overall, it was not a pleasant experience. If possible, I would give zero stars.

They listen to my drink sub for whole milk about 50% of the time. Its frustrating because I am normally in a hurry and gone until I realize my drink tastes like water (oatmilk). Not sure why its so hard since the same person who made my order also took it about 30 seconds prior and they arent busy.

Amazing! It's not necessarily the norm, nor is it required, but a small gesture can go a long way. I am a U.S. Army member stationed nearby and visited here for a quick snack. They didn’t allow me to pay as a show of appreciation.

I need my drinks before work, a breakfast sandwich after work.
The service was so so. Ordered iced caramel macchiato. I got my drinks and they had NO caramel. After standing there I had to request that caramel be added to my drinks. Once tasted ? they were awful. Tasted nothing but milk. Do better Starbucks.

I was at the register this evening at 6:50 pm. The sign posted at the counter with the hours stated they were open till 7:00 pm. After waiting for a couple minutes (both baristas saw me waiting), one turned and told me they were closed. I didn’t expect this kind of service from Starbucks, so I doubt I’ll be ordering from this location in the future.

They said "We closed at 5:30" when it was 5:25 and they are supposed to close at 10:00. The service was terrible, and I didn't even get served. I would have rated this 0 stars if I could have. The next time I want coffee, I'm going to Dunkin' Donuts.
