Terrible experience. Staff was under trained. I didnt know you were aloud to chew gum while you were preparing food. I hope these sandwiches taste better then they look. I have never seen a sandwich so sloppily put together in my life. Don't even bother going here. You will just leave upset. Also charged us for bacon we didnt get.

Tonight went in, there was a customer that was really mean & rude to the employees there, but the staff handle the situation really well. My sub came out remarkable, and the little girl Heli was so friendly & sweet. She apologized about the customer prior to me, overall the customer service was five stars. They handled online orders and in store customers to perfection! I’ll continue to support this subway! Five stars!

Very disrespectful staff, the one short guy in there was very disrespectful I asked for light sauces and he poured way too much the I asked him if he could take some sauce off and he gave an attitude and said that he was calling management! The management there is also terrible they made it seem like me as the customer was wrong and that their brother did nothing wrong as an owner I would not be treating my customers or employees like they are wrong even if my brother was an employee. Absolutely terrible!

Check out the new management, they are very respectful and generous. I recently tried the new Avocado Chicken Sandwich, and it definitely exceeded my expectations. The chicken was tender and well-seasoned, and the avocado added the perfect creamy balance without overpowering the other flavors. Everything tasted fresh, and the ingredients complemented each other really well. What stood out the most was how light yet satisfying the sandwich was a great choice for anyone looking for something flavorful but not too heavy. Subway did a fantastic job with this addition to the menu. I’d absolutely order it again and recommend it to anyone looking to switch up their usual order.

I went there on my birthday. I ordered a tuna sub and my bf got a tuna sub as well. The only place we go to order tuna is this subway. They have the yummiest freshest herb and cheese bread. the tuna is a perfect ratio of tuna and mayo. the lettuce and tomato was delicious and tasted fresh like we made the subs our selves. Once i heard this subway was under new management, i knew i had to check it out, and it was worth it. new favorite birthday spot !

Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional as ALWAYS! They make up new prices every time I go, they barely listen to requests and today I watched them tell a customer “no” when all she asked for was lettuce first. Old employees were way better. Won’t be returning.

Terrible staff. Not sure what happened to the other guys but the new ones are useless. I stood there for over 10minutes before leaving as I watched one guy make two subs and the other guy with the gold teeth stand at the register and watch his coworker do all the work just to ring it up at the end. Then he was complaining the whole time gow he didn't want to work...

I'm editing this review. The store previously had five stars but I don't know what happened. The sub I got today was the worst Subway sub I have ever had in my life. I asked for light Mayo. It was filled with mayo, no oregano. The sub was so sour. The meat tasted old. I don't know what happened if the management changed but very disappointing

I ordered a $15 sandwich through the app, and realized I placed it at this location instead of the one closest to me. My bad, but be warned there is absolutely no way to cancel or get a refund. I called this store 7 times that day to try to cancel the order, and nobody picked up. What’s the point of having a phone if nobody answers it? I finally got a hold of the manager who told me to submit a ticket through the app for a refund. Once I did that, Subway Corporate Management emailed me and just said “Thanks for the feedback, see you soon!” Never got the refund. It seems like everyone in this store, and corporate, doesn’t care about customer service.

We used their catering option for our house warming party today. The new staff were great. They went the extra mile and included mayo, mustard, oil and vinegar packets. It made our house warming party a hit. Thank you! If you tried them before and the experience was bad give them another shot you won't be sorry.

How does this sub look? Just like you see in the commercials? This is a major fail, if this is how Subway corporate is telling people to make their sandwiches. And I'm sure they are. And don't forget that this turkey and cheese sandwich cost $13.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at this Subway location. Although the posted closing time is 10:00 PM, I arrived at exactly 8:53 PM to find the doors already locked. Despite seeing a staff member inside, they had decided to close early without explanation. This is unprofessional and disrespectful to customers who rely on posted hours. I hope management addresses this issue to avoid future inconvenience.

The guy who was working today around 12:30ish was an absolute sweetheart and super super kind and just was super sweet. He definitely deserves a raise, and he made the subs perfectly.
