I was reused to what my coworkers said and yet I went to buy at this establishment, ordered a sandwich and they prepared it for me, 95% vegetables and 5% meat to be a comfortable face, respect for the customer, they do not have it or they may want to lose them.

Terrible. We ordered our food through the app and when it arrived, everything was correct and the receipt had exactly what we ordered. We open our sandwiches which were A not the right size and B they didn’t follow our order at all, we have a sandwich we didn’t even order and a sandwich that had everything on it even though it was requested to take things off. I have worked in the food industry and there is no way you can mess up this bad. This is a problem, especially if someone has an allergy because that would be cross contamination or it could make someone really sick if they didn’t know that thing was in their sand which, and then when we tried to call to fix the mistake no one answered, we called four times. This is not okay. do not recommend. Subway do better.

Wont answer the phone. I can not cancel the order off the app with out calling. But they won't answer for me to fix the mistake. I know I messed up but there is no reason I shouldn't be able to get a hold of someone to cancel if it's the only way to fix the mistake.
