Broken soda machine, broken toaster. Full of flies all over the food and bread. Simply disgusting.

July 4, 1330 hours store is open 2-3 folks outside wearing subway shirts talking to a woman in car. Walked past the 3 folks outside talking and waited 8 minutes inside at counter. No one assisted us. Then left, still no one store.

I walk into the store to pick up my order which was literally one cookie and I waited like three minutes before anyone came out to help me and I never got my cookie. I know they had cookies I saw them. Never coming here again it’s so poorly run.

Older lady is rude as heck. She started making my sub and put sauce on it before it was even put in the oven (gross). So I told her I didn’t want the sauce on before it gets toasted. Instead of her just saying okay I’ll make a new one she argued with me about how she already made it.

Bread is always old, dry and crusty. Employees don't wear hats half the time.

Website was ridiculous slow. I started ordering at around 8:45 and finally put in my online order at 9:05pm. When I got there, the guy said his boss told him to stop online ordering, which happened right before I placed my order. Then they wouldn't honor the bogo they had for online orders. Never coming to those location again. Trash service.

Had a very nice young woman take my order tonight. She was smiling the entire time and followed my order from start to finish. And somehow knew I liked banana peppers.Wish I had ask her name, but remember the beautiful smile and lovely red hair??She deserves a huge compliment from your store owner.630pm May 28, 2024 Westminster Dr location in Carlisle.

Hot or miss. So e times everything is perfect, other times, not so much.If I could make a suggestion, please don't put the churro and the pretzel in the same bag....Salty churro doesn't taste very good.

Food was made fine but the employees don’t wear name tags and they attacked a woman for sitting in the store waiting for someone to come and putting in job applications when this guy employee walked over to her and made it very loudly clear that he was throwing her out of the store. There is not a single no soliciting sign posted. He was very rude to her when she said she was using the Wi-Fi, his response to this was “ well if you want to use Wi-Fi go to sheetz!”Absurdly horrible.

Alexus, Richland, and Shae were PHENOMENAL!!!! The time they took to make my families food was amazing!
