I came to this taco bell for doordash and uber eats, they ignore you like you are nothing. PEOPLE who pay for Uber Eats and DoorDash pay a premium for delivery and yet they ignored to even help me, I stood there for 15 minutes just to finally have someone ask can I help you? This is terrible service, wasting driver's and customer's time. This was at 9:30am

Been coming here for years. Normally great food and service but today was a different experience. I placed an order online and was then asked to pull in the parking lot to wait, no problem. After about a 10 minute wait I see cars and other customers leaving with food. I go in and ask for an update and I'm told by the manager the food will be done when it's done. I proceeded to wait another 10 minutes until the food was done. Before I left an employee offered me coupons that I happily accepted. Manager deserves a 1 review but the employee saved it. Your subordinates shouldn't have to make excuses for your behavior.

I got a Baja blast from this specific location yesterday and there was white stuff all in the drink. I knew that’s not what it looked like and therefore I had to throw it away. I don’t know what it was but it was floating around. Not very happy.

Didn’t buy any food. I stopped to see if they had the new chcken nuggets but they did not. The restaurant is brand new and the smell inside was awful…just a dirty smell. I hightailed it out of there.

I find this is a comfortable Taco Bell , watch for cars that don’t slow down in the parking area but that seems normal central pa , order was slightly messed up but they where super friendly about fixing it ,

Ordered number 4 with chicken instead of beef. Barely had anything in taco and the other still had beef and was not put together well and kept falling apart. My daughter got the same thing with the beef and both poorly made with barely any meet in it.
Truly not a great place to go. They have terrible customer service. They make you wait an awful amount of time.

Mobile order pickup. Cravings box with each item except churros and drink had added jalapenos. All 3 did not have jalapenos. Cost me an extra $1.95 for the customization. I don't understand how that's missed when the app transfers the order and they make it based off that transferred data, verbatim.

I think the picture says it all. My sister in law and I traveled from Florida to go back home which is about it a 20 hour drive. We stopped for food and took it to the hotel and what a surprise we got. On top of that no answers the phone.
My order was placed at 8:13 p.m. and order number is 407. These were the 3 chzy for crunch. Do better Taco Bell!!!!
