Taipei Chinese Kitchen (Giant)

I waited for 5 minutes at the counter while the staff were talking to each other in Chinese. no offer to help. I then did my grocery shopping and came back. the same thing happened. I ended up going to the Chinese restaurant next door. it was very good

The service was very friendly and quick. The amount of food was good. I think for $40 I walked out with about 10 pounds of food. The flavor was extremely bland. Even the spicy tofu dish wouldn’t be considered spicy by an old white woman in New Zealand. The stirfry rice was also pretty bland.

I'm a fan of really good lo-mein, it's gotta have a good noodle-to-meat and veggies ratio. And their lo-mein is in perfect proportions and it's delicious!

This Giant in Carlisle, PA has NO RIGHT to have such good Chinese food takeout. It’s not authentic, it’s Americanized and it’s good. The atmosphere is a grocery store. Good portion size. Highly recommend the Hot & Sour soup! We’ve been many times and still think about it after moving away.

Awful. They took my credit card number and committed fraud by making a purchase oversees. Beware.

Ask for General Tso and Bourbon Chicken. All I got was a lump of General Tso!

Can’t find a Panda Express in town that’s why I’m here. To my surprise, Food is good and they stayed busy. Came 2 times and 2’d time like 2 mins to get food , 1st time was like 20mins holy smoke. I think the food is good in general, not too oily as other Chinese places I been tho. Def a 5* in this small town for me. Btw, they are inside Giant and only serve for take out. So , abut pricey as a take out.

Me being an egg roll fan was disappointed when i bit into that pork egg roll and spit it out cuz taste and smell was so off just awful. The burbon chicken awful smelled just as bad as the egg roll. Will not be returning

just tried this for the first time today!! i ordered pork fried rice which was phenomenal along with lomein which was also AMAZING and the pork egg roll omg the best i’ve ever had !! everything from there, well from what i’ve tried is phenomenal and full of flavor will def be going back and recommending to everyone 10/10 :)))

Love love love and miss my girl who takes the orders. She’s very very kind and creates a special connection to customers (especially those who work/used to work at giant). The food is great, not always consistent with flavor but love it
