Floor was dirty, had to move my purse as banquette seat was greasy, shiny in appearance. Food staff somewhat slammed or put or sandwiches down on the tray a bit aggressive. My daughter agreed, perhaps she was having a bad day, or not feeling well.

First this is on Hanover not high street, I was just here a few moments ago I ordered three Sausage and cheese,, two sausage eggs, and cheese, I got no sausage on the two sandwiches two of them are missing the bottom of the buns, over the years this place has gone down hill and is why people go to McDonald’s now and not Wendy’s half people on this shift don’t know what their doing and have poor attitude with customers needles to say the service sucks again this is on Hanover street not high street for those who have them two street confused.

Staff were nice, food was hot. Has 2 soda machines with all the crazy options. Location, not so great getting in and out.

Parking: Decent amount of spots. Don't park on drive thru side during busy times. Had to wait a bit to get in and out of lot.

Wheelchair accessibility: Weird entrance to get into but space for chairs.

I went for breakfast for the first time the staff was energetic and nice I went through drive thro but what I could see they were clean the food is edible I would go again in a pinch the prices is really good but what makes the experience is the people they were well trained it makes up for the food just wish y'all had some hash browns

This Wendy’s location is absolutely horrible. Both the customer service and the food are extremely substandard. You also have to keep track of both your bill amount and the change you receive because they will rip you off both ways. Just do yourself a favor and spend your money at the nearby Chick Fil A where you’ll get the food and the service that you pay for.

I prefer going to this Wendy’s on high street because it is easier getting in and out then the one at the loves truck stop on the Harrisburg pike. I’ve never had any bad experiences with staff and my food is always delicious. My only complaint is trivial but necessary. I can’t figure out why this location will tell you the receipt will be at the second window and then they never give you the receipt or ask if you want one. I know we are in digital world but there people who receipt’s still matter! Oh I almost forgot. I do one other complaint. That is when you order a bunch of drinks or frosties they never give you a carrier! They had you each and every one and expect you to carry it all when you get home to your family! Used to be the day when giving a carrier or asking was a givin. Not that way anymore I guess. That what I always find when I go to the location on high street.
