The amount of attitude you receive in the drive thru is crazy. Also they messed up on drinks and forgot drinks. I will not be going back atleast the one on the Pike has better customer service. Very disappointed

Just like any other Wendy's, HOWEVER, when I stop here for a late night meal, the food is significantly worse. Cold, unmelted cheeseburgers and nuggets, and the special frosty didn't even come with the black cherry topping?!?! So, like, its just a vanilla frosty now. Thx, ig.

I have been to this place twice now. I gave it a second try after my first 1 star review. Joe was still there, he gave us all dirty looks, one more time lmao. Note we are always nice and respectful so I can give honest reviews 😂. He gave us 3 nuggets when we ordered 4. Bro is revengeful. Don’t go here.

I was greeted with a warm Good morning from a well mannered young man. I believe his name was Ulrick or Ulrich. He was very polite, repeated my order back to me, and made sure everything was correct. My food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Before I left, he kindly told me to have a nice day and come back to visit. It’s great to see businesses hiring such hardworking and respectful staff. I’ll definitely be back!
Floor was dirty, had to move my purse as banquette seat was greasy, shiny in appearance. Food staff somewhat slammed or put or sandwiches down on the tray a bit aggressive. My daughter agreed, perhaps she was having a bad day, or not feeling well.
