ELIZABETH has a very bad attitude not on one visit but Everytime I see her. Maybe prejudice or some. SHE WAS MY HOST NEVER GREETED ME WHEN HANDING ME MY CHANGE SHE DROPPED SOME ON THE FLOOR FOR HER POORLY PLACING THE MONEY IN MY HAND didn't say anything! The guy who made my food DID A HORRIBLE JOB. I asked for a bacon cheesy potato with no cheese sauce only shredded cheddar extra chives and he only put 1/2 piece of bacon on my potatoe and no extra chives barley put any shredded cheddar on it! But I left because I've been here before the white workers in this Wendy is prejudiced not all but the majority! WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT BE RETURNING to THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!

My friend and I used to love this Wendy's due to it being open 24 hours a day and the people were nice like Jordan.
However lately I've been doing the drive thru and this heavy set employee has not had a friendly attitude. I heard him let out a big sigh over the intercom because I order our food the same thing same time every sunday.
Who cares? We like what we like. We don't change our order hardly ever. So this big guy doing drive thru needs to suck it up. We are the customer, he is the employee.
Don't like it, work somewhere else. And he has a habit of handing me the drinks as I'm giving him the money, making me almost drop my money everytime.

yesterday (12/29) at 9 pm we ate, I ate a chicken burger and everything was fine, my husband ate a beef burger and was throwing up at 3 am. I came up to them at night to ask how old their meat was, the worker said that the meat was fresh, although behind his back they were changing the frying oil, the color of which resembled machine oil, the stench is indescribable.

They served me two spicy chicken sandwhiches that were more than 80% raw!! I didn't realize until I had eaten two bites. This was the worst fast food experience that I have ever had. They weren't just a little bit raw, they were mostly raw.
Update- They refunded me for our order but no one ever reached out to me or apologized. No email or call. This Wendys was my go to before all this- I'll try them again but It might be awhile on the chicken sandwhiches
Got my food delivered, I live about 5 minutes away. Food was picked up and delivered perfectly on time by my driver, though it was ice cold, as well as the ketchup saturated into my burger as if it had been sitting out for a while and warmed slightly to stick into my bag. Food was disgusting and I wouldn’t suggest ordering, I’ve had friends tell me similar things.

Why do I have to get diabetes to save money on a burger and fries? Typical carlisle, super rude food service. I have been rolling for 9 months and just got to see my friends for a few hours. Back to the lonely road, but sure be as unfriendly as possible just because I need a quick bite. I worked service too. You can pretend to be in a good mood.

A woman that works there must have stole an unapproved tip money from me. Told me $9.52 for my chicken sandwich and large soda at drive thru. Checked their prices and that was correct. She gave me no receipt When I checked my bank account she charged me $11.64. I need to call police she is stealing from customers. Somebody needs to investgate her.
