This DQ is always very busy! The workers are mostly teenage/ college age kids who work very hard. A lot of people complain about how long it takes to get food, but it’s one of the only places in town to get fast food, and they’re always very busy! Sometimes they forget to give me some of my order but I can understand why. They do a great job considering how very busy they are!

I ordered a banana split, I got 3 balls of ice cream, 1/2 banana cut in chunks. 1 teaspoon strawberry syrup, and even less chocolate and pineapple. No whipped cream. Over $5 for that.

It's alright considering it's literally one of the only fast food place in town. Pretty fast, food is alright, good and throughly cooked.

i found hair in my ice cream that i got and am very displeased on the outcome of it. and i asked for a refund and they denied it because ate some of it.

Order BBQ chicken strips basket 6 piece with country gravy. Got noon. Received no fork to eat with. The fries were on the cold side. Ordered 4 burgers n 4 fries + the above by pickup. No napkins in bag. Burgers were good
Stopped here to get a blizzard. They had a long drive through line but it was pretty quick!

If I could give this a 0 I would , were to start the extremely long wait times I the drive thru or you randomly locking the doors to the lobby due to lack of employees. Don’t waste your time unless you want to sit 30 plus minutes in a drive thru even if you put a mobile order in. And speaking of that I know they turn off their mobile order as well. Place should be shut down.

Milkshake order was placed. Two were ordered, one was made, and rang up as 2. While waiting after mentioning to the worker first shake became a milky mess and then the second one made seemed more milk and little ice cream and black particles in bottom of cup floated to the top. Complaint filed online and never heard back. Never will go back nor give a good word about the service or people making their shakes. Seems long wait times and not enough workers for as busy as they were. One star is too good. Minus stars would be sufficient.

Waited forever in line to get drinks and my daughter ice cream, but that is to be expected on such a hot day. Had to yell four times like really yell what we wanted to drink and when we got them they didn't have hardly any ice in them and they were half full. I verified our order when we pulled in to pay and it still wasn't what we ordered. You should get what you pay for and this was a rip off.

Why would they do away with the extra large blizzards? That was the only thing worth a damn here and did away with it. Not worth the the drive or price for anything else
