If I can rate zero stars I. Would your delivery drivers are rude and have poor customer service. The delivery driver came flying into a apt complex that has kids and pets everywhere then decided to jump out the car and yelled at my neighbors for telling him to slow down there's kids playing.

Most of the time the food is good but layely our food hasn't been cooked the entire way. I have called to let them know previously but they only offer a apology. Prices have increased greatly also.

Call to order a couple wedgies at 8 pm, closing time is 9pm, and was told they were to busy and couldn’t take my order because they only had one person working. Drove by 15 minutes later and there were 3 people behind the counter SMH owner should be real proud of that move. Lost my business !!!

They need to learn how to make a wedge. Order steak wedge with meat and cheese only, did not think it would be cheese on 1/4 and steak on 1/4.

They like to say they’re closed when they are still open they close at 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends and they won’t take an order at 9pm. They are lazy
The food is good but the employees are not. They always try to close the store an hour early. I went in an hour and a half before closing time they told me I couldn't have marinara because they had put it away lol so I canceled my order. I'm not a person that complains but there are some lazy dirty people working there just saying

Lazy workers. I could tell the guy didn't want to work the second he answered the phone. He proceeds to tell me they don't deliver to my address although I've ordered many times. It's been awhile because I hate fox's but we had no choice and needed to order dinner last minute because something came up and Mama T's in Point Marion was closed (my usual go to when ordering food) It was also letting me place the order online but my card was not wanting to process with their website. I tried to order from another one because I don't like this location and it stopped me before I even got to the payment option and said they don't deliver to me so if they changed how far they travel since the last time I ordered like he is claiming then it would have stopped me and notified me like the other location did. Get another job if you're too lazy to do yours.
