Always rude , app never works and they won't still honor deals , my sandwiches are always messed up , last time got no banana peppers no bacon which I paid extra for lettuce was slimy and sour overall every time I eat here it's just disgusting and disappointing! Very unsatisfied 😤

absolutely horrible place!! cops have been called multiple times because certain employees don’t like me, being refused service and being told to leave without food! don’t ever piss someone that works at subway off because nothing will be done about the customer being treated badly. have been told for months there’s paperwork saying i’m not allowed there have never seen it a day in my life.

Ordered our food on the app. The app has its flaws, such as freezing and kicking us out.as far as this particular subway, there were mistakes with our subs and asked for specific dressing packets and didn't get them. I will be sure to double-check before leaving next time.

We ordered two foot longs toasted , neither of which actually were toasted. We Philly steak and there was barely any steak in the sandwich, chicken bacon ranch was the second one and the chicken was very very dry

Very Professional Staff whom took the time to let us sample the dressing before we had it applied to our subs. They were Very polite and made everything to perfection and made us feel important. Very clean and everything was fresh. The food is exquisite and you definitely want to try the footlong nachos...scrumptious.. A++ We definitely love Subway and will be back for more...Thank you to the staff for being Awesome

I order here twice a week, not any more, both sandwiches were put on wrong bread and neither was toasted as we ordered. This is the second time in 2 weeks. Both orders were placed on website as pick up orders, guess the workers have figured out most people aren't checking the order when they pick it up they trust it's how they ordered it..do better
The last few times my family and I have gotten take out here, a certain staff member is not very friendly, at the end of the night they will tell you they are out of things just to get out of doing work, they never smile, tonight when she made the order wrong, and her coworker informed her, instead of asking us if we wanted it remade she told her coworker to pick the bacon off, the bacon taste was obviously still all over the other food, I noticed that all the chicken in my sub was only in the crease of the bun, we asked her to spread it out, she tucked it deeper into the fold of the bread, my sub was set up like a taco, basically I ate meat and cheese in one bite and then my toppings in the next, we asked for a BMT and got a spicy Italian, they are not helpful and honestly their bad attitude makes this an uncomfortable place to be. Maybe we should have said something there and had these things corrected but the energy that she gave off made us uneasy, I get it being the end of night and being tired, but rude and inconsiderate is never acceptable, and preparing food incorrectly for any reason is never ok.
