Island Barbeque catered my wedding and I could not recommend them more! The food was amazing! I had 3 guests with gluten intolerances and they catered to their dietary needs and had special plates made up to make sure there was no cross contamination. 100% recommend them for any event!

We had Island BBQ for our wedding. We got the smoked Mac & cheese, pulled pork, red skin potatoes and roast beef AuJus. Everything was delicious. They packed up and put everything away for us without a bother. I highly recommend.

Their food is so good and the staff is very nice and the owner is Paul Smithbower and he is a good friend of us and his chicken meal is very good.

My husband, our 7y.o daughter and I stopped there on the way home from a family trip. I asked for my daughter a cone of vanilla ice cream with sprinkles and they gave us a cup. Then when we said we ordered it in a cone, the girl put a cone on the top of the ice cream that she gave us on the cup. We had to clarify the third time that she wanted an ice cream in a cone. I get it, maybe they were tired too, it was a Holiday weekend and everything, nevertheless it left a little bitter aftertaste..

We stop in here from time to time when we travel through the area. We stop for their bbq! They have a great variety of smoked meats and chicken on the weekends! The variety platter is the way to go :)

They also have a wide variety on the ice cream and dessert side as well but we usually don't have room after the BBQ meal :)

We like to eat outside under the pavilion where they have tables, bar style seating, oversized checkers, cornhole boards, and deck chair seating in the grass.

Signs say they also have bands sometimes thru the summer with crafted drink options

Jessica at Island BBQ did a wonderful job helping to plan our catering for an Eagle Scout Court of Honor. The food was delicious, and we got lots of compliments on the tasty food items at our event. What cant it be summer al year long...if this were true we could always go to the best BBQ in the area. yes, I am talking about Island Barbeque. Good people who serve even better food.Anything from smoked ribs to a half chicken and includes all the extras you need to go with meat. Don't forget the ice cream after. Island Barbeque really takes care of your taste buds all around. Located off Old Route 219 outside Carroltown. Stop over in the summer, you won't regret it.

We had an event yesterday in Indiana, PA. The delivery and setup was excellent, folks raved about the quality of the menu. Zero complaints, would definitely recommend this restaurant.
