Everything is amazing - the drinks, food, service, ambiance. It’s been a while since I’ve come across a cafe in Pittsburgh that has it all - highly recommend!

Nightmare for deliveries. They make you wait 30+ minutes at a time. 3 Michelin stars cook food faster than these turtles.

Love everything on the menu, plus the bread is fantastic!
I have eaten in this little Eatery several times before. However, that was in a past life for me. The food there is amazing the service is exceptional and just everything about the ambience is inviting. This time however I walked in while waiting for a bus, becausw it was chilly outside. I got to talking to what seemed like the manager or maybe the owner, explaining to him that I was just waiting on a bus and if asked if he minded that I waited inside and I really didn't have any money? He didn't mind at all and as a matter of fact he gave me a cup of coffee with a smile and it's a great cup of coffee too! So really I just want to give a shout out to this restaurant and if you ever have a chance to stop and eat there you might spend a couple extra dollars, but you won't walk away to dissatisfied.

Im Korean and new to Pittsburgh. This has been my best experience in a restaurant or cafe. The food and pastries were phenomenal. Even though they were extremely busy, two employees made time to ask me how my food was. It is a testament to the quality of their food and service. New favorite cafe in Pittsburgh!!! Get the mushroom toast and strawberry tartlet! Going back tomorrow.

Outstanding. I live within walking distance, and finally tried it. Regret not going sooner. I ordered the souvlaki. It was supposed to come on a pita, but they were out of pitas as it was a bit later in the day. So I got it on ciabatta bread. It was still amazing. Everything was fresh and delicious. The bread crispy, the chicken tender and well seasoned and the taziki sauce was tangy with chunks of cucumber. It's not inexpensive, but in this case you get what you pay for, and I don't mind paying for such quality food.

Incredible food and coffee. Knew it was going to be good, but was pleasantly surprised at how good. Better quality and pricing than similar cafes in the area.
From the moment you walk in the door, Anthos is an entire experience. The atmosphere, the smells, it's a European vacation without the high price tag. There is plenty to choose from at the bakery, however, don't fill up there. The weekend brunch menu will have you begging for more.I had the Mediterranean Eggs Benedict and the Mastiqua Greek Sparkling Water. The Mastiqua was new life to the boring sparkling water we've grown accustomed to. The Mediterranean Eggs Benedict was bursting with flavor that danced across my pallet. It left me feeling satisfied without the bloat.

What a gem! One of the best coffees I’ve had in a while. I tried the breakfast tray which came with huge pieces of crusty bread, a flaky croissant, and a soft roll with tons of jam, butter and honey for only $10. The inside is beautiful with lots of seating. I can’t wait to come back in the summer when the garage door walls are pulled up. Service was a little slow because the employees were chatting with some guests which I had no problem waiting for. Once I ordered, I got my coffee and meal very quickly. I watched them bring out a delicious looking breakfast sandwich, I’ll have to come back soon to try it.
