I watched a male employee stuff garbage into the can not change his gloves then go back to handling food. Guess I have to find a new place to eat. My feet also stuck to the floor from being sticky.

My husband decided to stop at Arby's and get some food to take home! I didn't know we were stopping there! We went in and waited a few minutes in line to order! The place was clean! They took our order and we had to wait about 10 minutes! We got our stuff and left! We got down the street and my husband said our son's food wasn't in there! We had to go back and get it! They should of checked our food before they gave it to us! This is the location we normally go to! Our food was good and would recommend it just check your order! I didn't use the restroom while there so not sure if it was clean or not!

Drive thru had a line. Came inside to order. Stood there for 10 min waiting. The gentleman seen me standing there continued filling orders standing there talking and filling drive thru orders ignoring not only myself but others. Walked out will not return. Demand more than minimum wage yet can’t even provide minimum service

I Order A Cookie Which Cost $3 And Didn't Receive It. Not Only Am I Missing The Cookie They Used Slices Of Cheese To Make My Wrap Instead Of The Shredded. My Wraps Are Cold Like They Were Sitting In A Refrigerator. The Milk Shake Is The Only Thing I Got That Was Edible.
