Attempted to order from the drive through and received a message to come back during their normal business hours. The message does not provide further details as to what the normal business hours are. Both the BK app and google stated this location would be open for another hour. We pulled around to the front to try and find somewhere else to eat and watched all the employees come outside for a smoke break. I watched a total of five cars all turn away because we could not order even though this location should be open.

I thought it would be nice to treat the family to Burger King for lunch I'm very disappointed the girl couldn't get the order right. Though it was simple, I said 3 Addams family meals, two bacon king meals, a crispy chicken sandwich meal, and one extra fry. She didn't put 3 drinks or 3 fries, only put sandwiches. Then she charged me for two fries so I thought everything was fixed after that and then they didn't put the drinks it was just really frustrating on top of that I checked the orders just to make sure after we filled our drinks before leaving and they didn't give me the extra fry frustrating they need to have someone listening to the customers to tell them what they want and pay attention needless to say I sure won't be back it was a headache we are a family of six. I thought if you say meal they know to put a drink and fries with it. And to top it all off, Wednesday, Adam Whopper's freaking bun was stale.

The manager and cashier were so so fantastic ,helpful and friendly in their efforts to get us exactly what we wanted and they were very genuinely PATIENT with us in our slow ordering 👍🙂. It's refreshing to see excellent service and these 2 ladies deserve a lot more in their paychecks I believe 👍💰. Thank you for making our Saturday morning !!!!

A 45 minute wait (8 people working behind the counter, and at least 3 just messing around). At times the cashier just ignored the line of people waiting to order. After finally getting to order, got the wrong food. Instead of a chicken nugget kids meal, I was given cheesy tater tots. Surprisingly, impressively bad service, even at fast food standards.

Always forgets something every delivery order i generally do not understand why it is so hard to double check orders and make sure you have sent everything. No sauces constantly missing parts of orders. Food was also really bad lately as in doesnt feed cooked all the way
