I’m only giving one star because I spent $8 on one scoop, with sprinkles to go and a waffle cone. I go to dig in and there’s long black hair throughout my ice cream. I’m so disgusted. I will never return!

Great place, worth a stop, lot's of flavors to choose from, limit time flavors and seasonal favorites,..must try the peppermint, cinnamon and eggnog flavors..free samples!!...very helpful and friendly staff and managers, all are great!..I've met Sam and Ali.,.have some there/take some , home. Candy and gifts also, we'll be back!

Is it good ice cream? Yes. Life changing? No. Worth the price? Definitely not. The prices are totally uncompetitive and I probably won’t return. However, business is definitely booming and I could see myself investing in it. I’d probably raise prices if I were Graeter’s because the rest of you don’t seem to care about the totally uncompetitive pricing.

I visited the Castle Shannon location last night at about 715. I had a single scoop in a sugar cone, my son had a single scoop in a waffle cone and my husband had a single scoop in a dish. I always tip 20 percent…it brought the bill to more than $27! For three single scoops! I didn’t take the receipt because I did not have a free hand. Went outside to eat and mentioned to my friend that the prices went waaaay up. She said that couldn’t be right, so I went back inside to get my receipt. I was told they throw them away right away. I tried to private message through this page and there’s no option to. Tried to call but no voicemail. I’m kinda bummed but the bottom line to others, make sure you get your receipt because there’s no way my bill should’ve been $27….
