The Coal Mine is an awesome place. Whether you are just looking for a cold beer or some good food, the Coal Mine is a great choice! The atmosphere is welcoming & comfortable. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! The food is outstanding. A side note- It's my opinion that during Lent, the Coal Mine has the finest fish sandwiches & fries in town!

Hi. Came for a relaxing night and a few drinks with some friends. Food was good, drinks were great and the outside patio was absolutely great. Had a nice evening until the very end when some regulars that had a bit to much to drink started talking politics!!!! Alcohol, politics and religion don't mix well. I respect your views and please respect mine. Other than that we had a great night!!!

Should be called the Diamond Mine. I'm from out of town but was recently visiting family in area and neglected to think about food until after a decent hour. The Coal Mine was open and the kitchen was serving until like 11pm.

Ordered a hoagie, a hot dog, Pretzels all to go. It was ready in record time and the bar staff who greeted me when I came in were super nice and attentive while I waited. Was offered a drink multiple times.
