food has made me sick several times and hard to get service when you do get your food it is cold most of the time place is filthy

Place used to be great ,but has gone downhill lately. The men's bathroom is filthy and seems to never get cleaned. I 've seen employees go in there and not wash their hands after using it .Last week when I was there , there were no napkins in the napkin holders. Sometimes the food is good and sometimes it is not. They do have an excellent waitress named Clair. Last week she was out sick and the fill in waiter got almost everybody's orders wrong.

I asked for extra sauce on my sausage and pepper hoagie, and Pies On killed it! I have ordered countless meals from this amazing restaurant, and every one of them was fantastic, to the number. I highly recommend this fine culinary establishment.

Horrible customer service ever!. Do not order your food from this place!. The girl who answers the phone sounds high or just d**** I placed an order and she said i never ordered what i wanted!. I will never order from this place again!!.

Always been a fan of this restaurant. Great food and service. But when we ordered a bunch of food for delivery to my place of work, the delivery person refused to wear a mask. He said he doesn't believe in them and he doesn't want to get into a political battle. This is not political. It is mandatory, right now in PA, for everyone to wear a mask when entering a business. I would have thought Pie's On would care enough about their customers to comply with such a simple health safety rule. I was wrong.They still have great food but order at your own risk...
