They’re definitely a hot commodity as I think they said they had 5 weddings on the same day ? The communication and service was great to deal with when planning a wedding. The brisket sausage & the smoked chicken legs were the most popular. John Snow was phenomenal to work with, very response with my emails. He made the process of picking out caterer a dream! The owner was also beyond friendly, interactive with all of the guests as they were dining, and proud of the food served. I never had,or heard of, brisket sausage and it was one of the best sausages I have ever had. I will be making a special trip to Catawissa PA to eat at Big Dan's restaurant.
