I'm a native Korean and swung by Golden Pig for lunch with my half Korean son. We had the Kimchi Pancake, Spicy Noodle Salad, Beef Gimbap and Ojinguh Bokkum(spicy squid). The food is legitimately Korean, we genuinely enjoyed our dishes and I had good banter with the owners. No frills, get your own beverages out the cooler, a laid-back, solid choice.
Delicious and very special experience! We ordered the gimbap with beef (yum!) and kimchi pancake (so yum!). There’s picnic seating outside by a stream - truly delightful. Thank you so much - we will come again on our next roadtrip.
If I were you I would never step foot in this place (That way I wouldn’t have to wait behind you). This is the best Korean I have had in the states. It is also better than most I have had in Korea. Prices are fair for the quality and quantity that they give you with a smile. I get there around 530, try to go some other time so I don’t have to wait behind you. Check out the Lego ramen. It’s pretty cute.
