Very rude, won't accept coupons, when I told him I used coupons here before, he told me he never seen me before. I've gone to this subway since it opened in oct. 2014.BUT, never again , I'll drive to another subway in Canonsburg , or eat a sandwich from a gas station. Remember ,My hard earned money spends ANYWHERE !!!

I order a couple times a month. The owner is extremely friendly, and my food is always fresh. Very clean location as far as Subways go.
Owner makes this place a bad experience. He was rude and expressed disdain with sighs and impatience while I placed my order and made decisions. He SHOULD NOT deal with he public. It seemed as if every request was too much of an effort for him. He is NOT friendly or welcoming as a business owner should be if you want return customers. I WON'T be going back.

This Cecil location DOES NOT accept Subway coupons as of July 2022. Went there a few days ago in mid July and totally refused Subway coupons. To add to this refusal, was charged over $11.50 for a standard 12" sandwich. Each franchise can charge any price they can get away with. Done with Subway here, no longer an economical lunch/dinner. Throw your coupons away patrons.

This place has continues to go downhill. The owner is not friendly always acts like you are bothering him. They won’t make chopped salads anymore, they don’t take coupons and when you get a salad it only fills up half the container. They container is small to begin with. To bad because it is a convenient location.

Same experience as Tammy below. There was this middle aged guy who I figured to be the owner making sandwiches and slamming things around. I'm a big guy who can handle himself and I considered leaving because it was uncomfortable. Mediocre for a subway, not worth the b.s.
