I visited Auntie Anne's today in which i usually go every day because I work next door at the AT&T store and they have the worse service ever. They are very rude, they open when they want and they don't use any gloves. The person today taking my order was so disgustingly rude that and didn't give me the sauce for my pretzel that i ordered and also didn't want to provide my discount from The Promenades. I see so many problems and violations in this store i will be calling the health department today to come down here. I also left a message on the corporate line. Very disappointed in such a lucrative well known establishment. I will never recommend this place!

First, the pretzel nuggets we got were hard as rock. Secondly, as we were sitting there eating the pretzels, the worker dropped the scale on the floor then picked it up, put it back on the counter without cleaning in, then proceeded to slap some dough on it to make more pretzels.

Stopped in for a quick ice cream. Had the lemon sorbet and a mint chocolate chip cone. This probably would have been a 5 star review if not for the server using HER BARE, UNWASHED FINGER to press down the scoops! Yuck. She then proceeded to wipe her hands on her shirt before ringing us up.

I want to first start off by saying that I love Auntie Anne's and have had wonderful experiences here. However, this particular experience was not the best. I first purchased the plain pretzel bites. They were extremely salty...to the point where it felt like I ate a spoonful of salt. I had to through them away and purchase new ones. I then decided to go for the cinnamon and sugar pretzel. It was way too dry and very hard. I had to bite so hard and it was very uncomfortable. It also made my mouth very dry. I don't have anything against this Auntie Anne's, I just think I had a bad experience. I am going to try again and see if the experience is better or worse. I hope that they were just having a bad day and that this doesn't happen again because I do enjoy these delucious pretzels.
Always enjoy the pretzels here.
Pretzel bites are amazing.
