Really terrible experience. Waited like 20 minutes before we even saw our waitress. The food was not that great. I will never go back there again, not when they're a lot better places close by.

Went for a late lunch on a Saturday. Great variety of menu options without being overwhelming. Pretzel bite appetizer was a favorite with cheese and spicy mustard for dipping. Portion sizes were generous. Took half my Reubens home with me. Service was friendly and efficient. Will definitely try to go back again.

Wow, I had such a stellar experience at Bar Louie while on a first date! It was pretty late, we were hanging out at the Promenade Shoppes & we were craving a quick drink before we called it a night. When we arrived at Bar Louie the bar tender quickly apologized & stated that they had already announced last call for the night. It was a bit of a bummer, but then the bartender said it wouldn't be a problem to just let us have a drink. The bartender, Aiden served us some drinks that he recommended & they were delish!! He was very knowledgeable & helpful while we tried to decide what drinks to get. He also was so fun to talk to & incredibly nice! My date & I had a phenomenal time & we weren't even there an hour. A big gold star to the bar tender, Aiden! What a charismatic & kind guy! Thanks for the amazing service, conversation & serving us even though it was after last call. You really made our night!! We'll definitely be back on another date & recommend Bar Louie to anyone!Parking: You can park anywhere in the parking lot of the Promenade & walk to Bar Louie, but there were plenty of spots available right in front of the restaurant.
