Batch Microcreamery

I used to love this place, but the last three times I went they were out of half of their flavors and only had basic cones left. Each time was several hours before close, so I don't understand how they don't plan better.

Idk if it’s just me… but the ice cream is basic and this location is always so dirty inside. I don’t mind normal ice cream but the lack of cleanliness is on par with a gas station

I gave this 2 stars, because I’ve already had the ice cream and it’s good. The two stars is for the horrible customer service (7/18/25). I walked in with my child at about 850pm.
After waiting in line and checking the flavors for a good minute or two, a male employee came out and told us and another other family (that came in at the same time) that they were closed- no service.
What happened to locking the doors and serving whoever is already in the store? The owner of the store lost out on my two, a family of four and I believe another family of 3….

I needed an ice cream cake for a birthday, but I did not want a premade store bought vanilla/chocolate ice cream cake. I was able to find Batch which provided numerous options e.g. vanilla, chocolate, mint chip, salted caramel, cookies and cream, and a few more options. I went with half vanilla and half mint chip. The ice cream cake was amazing. The owner, Manny, was also great through the process. He reached out to me about the various options and followed up to see how we enjoyed the ice cream cake. Highly recommended.

I came to the Batch on a Wednesday evening. It was pretty full so we waited 15-20 minutes. I ordered a milkshake with no whip. I was giving a shake with whipped cream. The worker removed the whip when I asked. I received it and it was the consistency of water. I asked the person who made it for me if they could make it thicker and they said no. I was very frustrated paying $8 for a melted milkshake the server refused to thicken or remake. I ended up tossing it because it was undrinkable.
Prob won’t be back and will just drive a few extra minutes to the Scoop in the future.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE KEEP MAKING THE STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE FROM TODAY ITS SOOOOO GOOD.

This is such an awesome ice cream place. I would highly recommend visiting and trying all the flavors

Primarily vanilla based ice creams 👎🏽 and poor seating. Ned more chocolate based ice creams

I honestly don’t know if it’s worth the hype. It was ok, the flavors were interesting. Rosemary honey? Maybe I’m old school, idk. Kind of a let down that no one is taught to roll the cone through the sprinkles. I paid $1 for the smallest amount shaken onto my cone. I’d rather drive to Carvel.

the batch is my GO TO ice cream place, SUPER clean, fun variety of ice cream flavors, and GOD are the milkshakes good i would do anything for their banana cream pie milkshake no questions asked first time i tried it i was ready to die happy it’s now my favorite option but their waffle cones too?? UGH i wish i could get the whole menu, prices aren’t bad either PLUS they actually have thick milkshake straws PRAISEEE they know what they’re doing in batch we trust 🙏

A clean place with excellent service, but when my partner was eating his ice cream, he found a hair inside it.

I'd recommend wearing a hairnet to avoid another situation like this.

Great service ice cream was okay. Butter pecan was light on flavor but good

Milkshakes are so goood!!!!! Highly recommend anyone stop here for some good ice cream. Great customer service.
