A pregnancy craving of mine has been a Gingerbread Milkshake which we could not find anywhere. We’ve even attempted ice cream/ pastry shops outside of our local area- for months. I came across this place and although not on the menu, the staff was willing to (and did) make me a Gingerbread Milkshake. Something no other ice cream shop even considered to do. Turned out fantastic. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service and sweet delight. Happy Holidays!

The ice cream is okay. It's pricey for what you get too. I wouldn't recommend it because there are so many other ice cream establishments in the area that are outstanding and they have more charm.

The ice cream here is really good. You know where else it's good? Premise Made, and they don't charge you $1.00 a topping- even whipped cream! I paid $8 and change for two small scoops, hot fudge and whipped cream. I can spend half as much at Pemise Made or Crystal Springs and get quality just as good and two toppings included in the price of a sundae. And you don't have to deal with the tipflation nonsense of the touchscreen. Give another 18% after that inflated price, or else demoralize the workers? Good night. There's better places to go.
Batch Microcreamery is a must-visit! Vanilla cupcake flavor is a newfound favorite, but cold brew didn't suit my taste. Surprisingly generous portions; next time, my daughter and I will share a kids size.
