The turkey avocado sandwich and the smart fit salad are my go to! So delicious! I don't eat cheese so I have never had their pizzas but my coworkers are not fans- otherwise, I would give 5 stars.

I work in the Promenades so it is convenient for me to come here for lunch, which I don't do very often because my order is never correct. Today I ordered their flatbread pizza since I have never tried it and honestly you can get better pizza frozen. It looked like they just slapped some sauce on the flatbread and heated up just enough to melt the cheese because it did not taste hot or fresh. They also forgot something in my order and gave me something else I didn't order at all. I think this may be my last time ordering from here. They need to get it together.

I am extremely disappointed with cosi. Quality degraded service degraded. Especially the face of the restaurants who are the cashiers rude. Used to love this place but will not return nor recommend. Very disappointed.
