Food was hot and fresh! Kevin C. ran a great shop. Very clean, extremely professional and kind. Order was correct. This restaurant is a huge benefit to this outdoor shopping mall. We go to 5 Guys ALL over the northeast so have a lot to compare to. A+

Ordered online food wasn't ready for an additional 20 minutes. Staff could care less. Milkshake was not cold and came out literally like milk. Not a pleasant experience at all and extremely long wait. Took over 35 minutes to make 2 burgers, 1 order of fries, and a milkshake. Food was mediocre at best. What a shame, not even close to other locations I have visited.

Today is the second time that we ordered 2 double patties snd 2 fries to go. When we get home(20 min) the fries are not cooked and raw. The first time we wrote it off as a oh well, today again same mushy undercooked fries. The burgers were great!

There was soooo much ketchup on the burger you couldnt taste anything else...it was so bad it made the bun SO SMOOSHY!! WHY IN THE HELL WOULD ANYONE PUT THAT MUCH KETCHUP ON A BURGER!! It wassooo disgusting i had to throw it out and it cost freaking 10.00!!
$4.99 for small fries?! That's outrageous 👎🏼
You're much better off going to a quality burger establishment such as Wert's in Allentown! 🥰

Overall excellent five guys - I feel like some in the area have gotten sloppy, where the burgers are not put together well - but this one was put together nicely and with care.

My burger wasn’t a burger it was a stew. The amount of ketchup and mustard…. I literally can’t eat it. Even upon opening it there’ was just soooo much ketchup up!
