Stay away. horrific management. John Reed from corporate told me this location has terminated all management, in order to improve customer service. Not only has it not improved, it's gotten worse. John Reed that should be helping customers, instead has become the most unprofessional manager I've ever dealt with. He should be let go immediately This would explain this locations rapid decline. It should be shut down.

Had dinner there tonight with my mom sister and ours kids normally this is our go to place cause the food and drinks are good but this place def took a sh&t so we are def now done with bar Louie. The food taste like soap I had to take my chicken and shrimp meal nasty nasty nasty also had loaded totes also taste and the drinks didn’t taste the same. It’s sad but good bye bar Louie. 10 thumbs down

This restaurant is based outta bar Louie for anyone else just as confused… once inside bar Louie the hostess then told us it’s an “invisible” restaurant and we couldn’t even order the food at the restaurant and it was to go only.

Nice and quiet and the food was great. We couldn't even finish everything as we were quite full. The wait staff could use a refresh however on keeping things moving. We could have eaten a three course meal in the time it took between getting our starter and actually placing the order for our meals. Overall though it is worth the wait if you're not pressed for time.

Last minute shopping the Saturday before Christmas; stopped in for dinner and drinks. Place was barren for a Saturday night. Hostess was pleasant; seated us right away. Sat there for about 15 minutes with no one coming to the table. There were maybe 4 people at the bar and 3-4 tables seated in the entire place. Hardly busy yet neither a server nor the hostess stopped by to at least take a drink order. Walked right next door to Torre. Service at Torre was exceptional and our dining experience was fantastic.

It’s actually at the Bar Louie can’t find anything only to actually find where it is.

This place has bad reviews but we decided to give it a try anyway because the pictures looked decent. Unfortunately $40+ was wasted on their bad food. For reference, we ordered the mac & cheese with tots, loaded fries, and a chicken sandwich.The biggest disappointment was the mac & cheese which tasted like buttered pasta shells? There was zero cheesiness to it, like if you told me it was pasta with butter I would believe you. Really confused about that dish since it’s one of their main items.Everything else was extremely meh. Wish I listened to reviews and didn’t waste money ordering from here.

Doordashed at 10PM and recieved it in a timely manner, two sandwiches and loaded tots were all as advertised, food items look exactly as they did on the menu. The grilled cheese is a disaster to eat but definitely good.

Awful sandwiches, awful Mac and cheese. 75 dollars down the drain. No meat on the sandwiches, no flavor, very dry. Do not order here.

No sauce on the sandwiches or on the side. Tator tots tasted old.
