Melt is a top Lehigh Valley restaurant. My only wish is that it would offer a vegetarian entree. Risotto! Please! My only choice is pizza and you no longer offer my favorite four cheese with mushrooms that used to be my “go to”.

All of our meals were delicious at Melt. We had misto salad, caprese salad, the pasta fagioli, soup, the grilled lemon chicken, the chicken and linguine in cream sauce, and the special swordfish. Our server, Divine, was excellent, friendly, and very professional. We will definitely return!

I went for my birthday dinner and had an amazing time. The hostess was very sweet and lovely. The seating was quiet and comfortable, Alec my server was very attentive and the food was really good. I got a complimentary lime cheesecake for my birthday and the manager stopped by to introduce herself. Ambience was very cozy and relaxing. Will definitely be back again!

Been to Melt a number of times for excellent dinners. This one was just OK. The chef was able to make the soup with gluten free pasta for my wife, however, it took an hour to get it.

Lovely atmosphere and excellent service. Do not live in area, but would come back if in the area, and would definitely recommend.

Melt is an Italian-American restaurant located at the Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley. It's open Monday through Thursday from 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM, with later hours on Friday and Saturday until 10:00 PM, and Sunday until 8:30 PM. I've been to Melt before, so I went in with fairly neutral expectations, not expecting anything terrific, but not expecting it to be terrible either. My friend and I started with the calamari fritti. As I went to pick up my first bite, I noticed how light it felt, which made sense once I realized there was barely any calamari beneath all that breading. Next I had a bowl of their homemade pasta e fagioli. There wasn't much in it but it came out hot and had a nice, comforting flavor. For my main, I went with the garlic herb buttered scallops with house-made orzo, Parmigiano, fava beans, and pancetta, listed on the menu as capesante. It was so salty that by the third bite that's all I tasted. My friend went with the chicken Parmesan with house-made buttered pasta, listed on the menu as pizzaiola di pollo. Unfortunately, both the chicken and pasta were rubbery, and the tomato sauce lacked flavor. The entire dish came across as if it had been reheated. Our server was polite, but he never asked how the food was. Not once. My first visit was average, my second visit was awful, and well, there won't be a third. On a positive note, Melt is exceptional for Thanksgiving. I've gone the past three years, and the food and service were both top tier.

What a great restaurant! Wonderful ambience, delicious food and great service. I've eaten here for both lunch and dinner and totally enjoyed both experiences. The services were spot on. Not hovering, but certainly on top of every need. I can't wait for my next visit!

We had a great first experience. Our waitress Genesis was exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time. The food was very good but would warn people to stay away from the crab cake if your standard is set by Maryland's crab cakes.

Melt has a beautiful, relaxing ambiance—warm, inviting, and a lovely place to spend an evening. We started with the meatball appetizer, which was delicious and full of flavor; the sauce was so good that a spoon would have been helpful to enjoy every last bit. Unfortunately, the main courses fell a bit flat. I ordered the fish of the day, which was under-seasoned and did not match the description. It was supposed to be served with microgreens but instead came with a large amount of parsley on plate, which was overpowering. The artichokes were also quite tough, with fibrous stems throughout. My husband ordered the fish stew, which had a generous variety of fish, but the shrimp were tough and the white fish lacked flavor. The broth itself was also quite mild and could have used more depth. Overall, the atmosphere and appetizer were highlights, but the entrées didn't quite live up to expectations. With some attention to seasoning and execution, this could be a much stronger dining experience.

Terrific , as usual. Our 2 favorites are the bolognese & chicken parm. Soooo delicious. The Beef Wellington soup was really outstanding.

Jonathan was a great server and provided a lot of good suggestions such as food and drinks. The food above all was so good! I love the bone in veal and ravioli! Portions are also pretty good for the prices! Highly recommend trying the dessert as well!
