Business dinner for five and everything from apps to service to food etc was excellent. Thankful for knowledgeable and prompt service and delicious food.
It was very difficult to read the menu because of the dark area in which we were sitting. Also, the food was very good but could have been warmer.
I thought the food was good and the service was exceptional. Our server was very thorough with highlighting the menu and was very attentive. Overall a very ood experience.
We were gathered with family we hadn't seen in years. It was wonderful to have the time to visit and not feel pressured to leave. The food was delicious and the service was great. Thank you.
The food is always amazing and the service is excellent. Even on a busy Friday night we got great service and all of the servers and clearers were top notch. It is a little loud during dinner rush hours but they can usually accommodate requests for quieter sections if needed
We were seated promptly for our 6pm reservation and our server soon came to our table to take our drink order carrying homemade bread and olive oil. After drinks were served, we ordered the arugula salad with figs, a great choice, and our entrees. My salmon dinner was one of the best I have ever eaten. My friends papardelle vitello was outstanding as well. After each serving, the plates were removed and new silverware was provided. Our server was excellent. For us, Melt has been a favorite restaurant for fine dining for many years.
It was so dark As the evening went on it got darker . Food was good could have used a 2 nd helping on the bread basket, instead it was removed from the table. I was in the restroom , so did not have a chance to say anything. A lot of time waiting ...I was a little disappointed.
Birthday dinner for my nieces 30th. Guests ranging in age from 30 to 95! Everyone loved their dinner choices. Fresh pasta was sooo good. Great desserts. Serve staff was attentive, friendly. As always, we will be back.
Pros: The server was fantastic and attentive. Cons: The food was ehh, room temperature and nothing fantastic. It was so cold upstairs we had to wear our coats which made the experience miserable. Waited 30 minutes for a cup of coffee. Probably would not try again...
Came here for my anniversary last night and it was fantastic. The service was phenomenal. We were given a complimentary cheesecake for our anniversary! I would recommend to eat here for a nice dinner.

As of recently, my wife and I dined at Melt in the Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley. With a reservation for 7:15 p.m., we bypassed the busy lobby and were seated promptly. The atmosphere was lively, with staff constantly on the move, and the energy suggested we were in for something special. Melt came highly recommended by friends and had strong reviews, so expectations were high.
The menu, however, caught me off guard. Its design—a throwback to 90s diner placemats—felt out of sync with the restaurant’s polished aesthetic. It set a mismatched tone, but I pressed on.
Our first drinks, the "Uva Bianca" and "Cala Luna," were visually appealing and enjoyable. Both were balanced and well-executed, a promising start. For appetizers, we chose the "Calamari Fritti," served with lemon aioli, fried basil, and fresh lemon. It was crisp, flavorful, and paired well with the aioli, though it quickly lost its texture as it sat. The portion was also smaller than expected, which tempered my enthusiasm.
For mains, my wife opted for the gluten-free "Bucatini Carbonara," and I chose a smaller portion of the same, along with the "Fettuccine Bolognese." While my wife enjoyed her dish, I found the carbonara oily and lacking depth. The bolognese was better—rich, creamy, and flavorful without being overwhelming. However, both dishes were lukewarm, served on plates inexplicably hotter than the food itself. At this level, consistent temperature isn’t negotiable.
Dessert followed a similar pattern. My wife had vanilla gelato, and I tried the "Pasticcino di Cioccolato," a dark chocolate torta with crème anglaise and chocolate sauce. The flavors were decent, but the temperature issue persisted—cold edges with a warm center. Even the coffee, served black, felt underwhelming and watered down.
While the waitstaff was attentive and the ambiance inviting, the meal didn’t live up to the 4.5-star Google reviews or the hefty $200 tab. Food quality suffered from poor temperature control, which suggests a problem in timing or kitchen-to-table coordination. For the price, I would gladly wait longer to ensure proper execution.
Melt has potential, but potential alone isn’t enough. High-priced dining demands consistency, and this visit didn’t deliver. Fine dining requires more than a good vibe and attractive plating—it needs follow-through.

First time visit. Server was Divine and was fabulous. Very attentive and professional. Started off with the calamari. Some of the best we have ever had. I had the manzo pizza- short rib, Brie, fig jam and arugula. What a great combination. My husband had the meatballs and spaghetti. All so delicious.

Absolutely delicious. A wonderful atmosphere and our server was great. I had the miso salad with NY strip steak. My steak was perfect at “ medium” and the light balsamic dressing yum ! Our server was perfect and the Pinot was great too. My friend had the Caprese salad with the NY strip. She said it was delicious. The atmosphere was so relaxing and on a frigid windy cold day the fireplace was welcome.
If you haven’t tried Melt you Must !!
I will be back.

This is probably one of the worst restaurants in the Lehigh Valley. Never go here. The management is so disrespectful and unprofessional that there’s no reason to ever go here. If you want to go here for an anniversary or a birthday to Bethlehem. This is the worst restaurant in the Lehigh Valley.

This was our first time at Melt, and both the food and service were great. Our server, Juan, was incredibly sweet and attentive, making our experience even better. He also surprised us with a dessert for my friend's birthday. Highly recommend!
