We have celebrated several family birthdays at Melt always having a lovely experience, and delicious food. Personal birthday cakes brought by us, cut & served by staff with a fee- we knew that prior. However, this time, When the remaining portion of birthday cake was returned to us to take home, we realized that they only served us the top portion of the cake, which seemed odd, especially since this was a service we were charged additionally for. We will return, since the food & service was good, but keep in mind instructions for serving entire slices of cake will need to be provided.. I have added a photo.

I think the price of everything was well worth the food and the service....paid 140 for 3 drinks, chicken Parm, cheese burger, and two desserts....I was very happy with the quality of everything. My chicken Parm could have had a little more flavor but it was overall very good and the drinks were fantastic, also so was the burger that they so graciously gave to us even though it wasn't on the menu. I will definitely be back to try some more items. This is a great spot for a date night

One of the best experiences ive had, while out dinning in this area! Our server Divine was AMAZING!

The calamari appetizer was incredible. We got ravioli's, the Italian dip sandwich, and ny steak dishes - cooked to perfection!

We just had to get the dessert even though we were full! We ended up getting tiramisu, coffee cheesecake, and the apple cake. YUM!!

The food was absolutely delicious, and the cocktails were amazing. One of the best Old Fashioneds I’ve ever had! Our server Juan was very attentive, kind, and friendly. He made us feel very welcome and took great care of us. Highly recommend!

Melt - it's not just a restaurant; it's an experience that's totally worth the drive!

From the moment we arrived, our waitress (Danielle) was such a joy to chat with and was incredibly attentive to all our requests. This was especially important for us since we have some food sensitivities and allergies, and she handled everything perfectly! And let me tell you, you HAVE to try the cheesecake – it was absolutely delicious!

Getting there was easy, and we highly recommend making a reservation ahead of time because it can get pretty busy. The support staff was so friendly and cheerful, adding to the great atmosphere. The manager even stopped by to check in on us, which was a nice touch! Plus, the warm, flavorful bread was definitely a highlight!

I can’t recommend their pasta dishes enough; they’re bursting with flavor and served in generous portions!

Will I come back? Absolutely, if I'm in the area! Do I recommend it? A big double yes!

The only small hiccup was that one of the hosts didn’t seem too enthusiastic, which didn’t make us feel as welcome. But on the bright side, the rest of the staff was fantastic!

My boyfriend and I had valentines reservations and everything was great, but I did end up getting food poisoning a few hours after eating lunch here. That is my only complaint. Liam was our server, he was excellent, attentive and very knowledgeable about the drinks and food. The atmosphere was very nice.

Absolutely worth going there. Food was to die for!!! Service, couldn't get any better. Can't say enough about this place.

I’m giving one star because I made a Valentine’s Day reservation about 20 days in advance. Today I called to double-check the time, and they told me there was no reservation under my name. The manager claimed they had been fully booked for a month and asked who I spoke to — which is unreasonable to expect me to remember. I was clearly told my reservation was confirmed when I called before. This was frustrating and very unprofessional.

My first visit to a real Italian restaurant. My daughter brought me for my birthday. it was beautifully decorated inside with the lights turned down low.
We had the full experience, table was set after we sat down in a very classy way, light everything was important to our experience.
All dishes were explained to us in great detail. I asked about wine pairing with the dish that I chose, the waiter brought me wine examples to try and they were from his experience.
Rolls to dip in Olive oil served, very good.
I ordered a breaded chicken breast meal and it melted in my mouth. Wine suggestions were perfect and I had a wonderful new birthday experience

Staff was able to get orders corretly furthermore our server Tori was able to get a Cheesecake the plate dressed in happy birthday lettering at the same time she was able to get tea for me while my friend got the burger and sides

Melt is good. Lighting makes it hard to See menu. Service could have been better but we were an early dinner on a weeknight. Food was good. Not Great.

I really love Melt Steak House. The steak is delicious and desserts are to die for. Friendly, communicative, and helpful staff. I highly recommend it.
