Love the Playa at the Promenade. It’s a perfect mid day pick me up that’s nutritious and filling but still tastes good! Whether it’s the Aloha or Green smoothie or the bowls, it’s always a treat!

Today around 5:20pm, I went to playa bowls and purchased two bowls. The girl who checked us out completed our sale - I was confused because it’s clover so usually the customer completes the sale not the employee. As we were waiting for our bowls to be completed I looked at the receipt and seen that she added a $10 tip to the purchase. I confronted her about it politely and asked for it to be refunded and she immediately got defensive, loud and disrespectful. All we asked was for a refund and we were gonna tip in cash but because she wasn’t honest and got extremely rude we decided we just wanted the refund for the tip because why refund someone who is lying and being rude/degrading. We said they could pull the security footage of the girl completing the sale and not us but The “manager” said that the district has the pull the footage. The manager was polite and understanding and refunded us actually our whole bill but the girl continued to laugh and be disrespectful which is horrible customer service instead of just taking accountability for her actions. Very disappointed in this service especially since we are frequent customers and always make sure to tip the staff - all we wanted was honesty and accountability to be taken.
Excellent location, very spacious. I didn't know this one was in the Center Valley Mall. I'm happy that it's closer to my house.

The employees need to be fired ASAP very rude and just a ignorant attitude especially for it to be 11am like cmon do better for this area THOUGHT CUSTOMERS ALWAYS RIGHT BUT THEN QUESTIONS
