Great experience at this Starbucks. The staff was very friendly, and my mobile order was ready as soon as I walked in. They greeted me right away, and when I left, they thanked me and told me to have a good day. Simple, smooth, and exactly how good service should be.

Once again, because my normal Starbucks was closed, I had to visit Center Valley. I complained yesterday about the amount of caramel I got. So today when I went in what I ordered was a Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch with a double shot (not cheap). What I got was a cup of milk and caramel…where’s the coffee? The color was off and everything.
Where’s my double shot at over $1 each? When I tried to go up to the barista to clarify my order, I got hit with ā€œYeah, I knowā€ …. Obviously she didn’t. WHEN IS SOUTH MALL STARBUCKS OPENING AGAIN????

Omg love the baristas here!!! I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch with extra caramel and these ladies did their thing!!!! Thank you so much for making my entire day!! I come here every single day and NOT ONCE did I have a problem!!!!! Thank you Avalon, Nick, Victoria, Maricsa and Karinna for making such an amazing experience for me!!!

Unbelievable! I am at Starbucks every single morning spending $15 for my coffee and somehow Center Valley is the only place that can never get it right. I specifically asked for a disgusting amount of caramel in my drink. I paid a five dollar tip for said caramel. When I got it, there was nothing in it. I asked them to add more caramel to it, and instead they gave me a cup of caramel on the side so that I could mix it myself at the table. In the process of doing so the drink spilled all over the table all over the floor and all over the customer sitting next to me. I am not a barista! When I come to Starbucks every single day spending $15 every single day I expect my drink to be right. And when it’s not right, I expect them to fix it behind the counter, not hand me the things to fix it at the table. That’s what the five dollar tip was for. Now I’m leaving Starbucks after paying $15 with coffee all over my feet, no caramel in my drink, and a half a Venti. What a waste. Hate Center Valley location.

Neat location in the center of a clean, inviting shopping center. Seemed to be a nice place to walk around. Decent shops and restaurants as well. Was my first time and a great location to stop

This place is truly awful, the cashier was polite, but this is my second time coming here and they still messed up my order, I ordered a strawberry aƧaĆ­ lemonade and it came out watery and with no lemonade, and if you order food, forget about it. It took so long to come out and I came 25 minutes before my shift just for me to still be late for a sandwich. Wouldn’t recommend coming here

Usually love it there but recently they always mess up my drink every time I go in. But on the bright side everyone there is super nice but sometimes there is a very rude barista who has melt downs in front of customers basically yelling, throwing things and getting mad at doing the job they were hired to do. I understand it can be stressful but it’s very unprofessional to do this. And makes everyone in the store feel honestly unsafe and uncomfortable.
Update:
Saw her again today and was very rude and seemed like I was bothering her ordering at the register and no one was in the store at all. No smile, no have a nice day, nothing.
I’ll be taking my business elsewhere

I had the worst small Carmel latte at this location today. Worst latte ever anywhere! Tasted like vanilla flavored warm water!No Joke! Outrageous price of $6.10 also this went into the garbage fast!! A short time later I went to McDonald's and got a small iced caramel coffee for $1.99 that blew this away!

ordered the frozen tropical citrus iced energy WITH strawberry puree 3 times. never got the strawberry puree. 2 times the ice wasn't even blended (just a big chunk of ice) and 1 time it didn't even have any ice. 2 times i ordered online and the next time i tried ordering in person, still no puree. also haven't been getting the writing on the cup. i thought that was a new rule they go by?? whys it only this drink they cant make? if you dont have strawberry puree just say that.

My barista (I think his name was Jacob) was so kind and helpful. When I didn’t know what to order, he gave me a few great suggestions and I loved the drink! I will definitely be coming back because of him.
