Usually love it there but recently they always mess up my drink every time I go in. But on the bright side everyone there is super nice but sometimes there is a very rude barista who has melt downs in front of customers basically yelling, throwing things and getting mad at doing the job they were hired to do. I understand it can be stressful but it’s very unprofessional to do this. And makes everyone in the store feel honestly unsafe and uncomfortable.
Update:
Saw her again today and was very rude and seemed like I was bothering her ordering at the register and no one was in the store at all. No smile, no have a nice day, nothing.
I’ll be taking my business elsewhere

I had the worst small Carmel latte at this location today. Worst latte ever anywhere! Tasted like vanilla flavored warm water!No Joke! Outrageous price of $6.10 also this went into the garbage fast!! A short time later I went to McDonald's and got a small iced caramel coffee for $1.99 that blew this away!

ordered the frozen tropical citrus iced energy WITH strawberry puree 3 times. never got the strawberry puree. 2 times the ice wasn't even blended (just a big chunk of ice) and 1 time it didn't even have any ice. 2 times i ordered online and the next time i tried ordering in person, still no puree. also haven't been getting the writing on the cup. i thought that was a new rule they go by?? whys it only this drink they cant make? if you dont have strawberry puree just say that.

My barista (I think his name was Jacob) was so kind and helpful. When I didn’t know what to order, he gave me a few great suggestions and I loved the drink! I will definitely be coming back because of him.

Always disappointed with my drink at this location. It’s never made properly. It’s always either too watered down, or the cup is half empty. I was a barista once, so I know how demanding the high volume times can be, but even when the shop is calm, the order is never right. I don’t know if the baristas don’t get proper training at this location, or if they simply don’t care. $6 is a lot of money to waste on a drink that’s not made with care. It’s always better service at the Hellertown location instead. I should just learn my lesson and stop giving this location my money.

It's a generally pleasant establishment, usually clean, with friendly service. My only consistent concern is how they announce completed orders. Many employees don't call out the names loudly enough to be heard, and some don't announce them at all, simply placing orders down without any indication. This is quite frustrating, as the small space causes unnecessary crowding when customers are unaware their order is ready.

First and last time that i come to this location horrible experience i went with my daughter I purchased a venti caramel frap my daughter got a croissant and a caramel crunch my daughters drink tasted like strait water she asked the girl in back of the counter if she can get more caramel she clearly said no to her,They had chocolate croissants in display witch i asked for 2 minutes later the girl comes back out saying its not in stock they had ham and cheese croissants in display i asked for one of those and than she comes back and says she does not have that in stock the coffees were horrible my whole experience here with my daughter was horrible i would not recommend this place it’s sad because the promnade is a nice place to go with your family we do like star bucks but definitely not returning do buy anything from this location nothing is stock coffee is nasty and horrendous service waste of my time and money for sure highly disappointed ☹️

Two day in a row got order wrong. First day no whipped cream second day not dry at all way too much milk. Usually avoid Starbucks as the price and product are usually disappointing. Happen to be traveling and options are limited.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for more than five years almost every morning and all of a sudden all the employees are new and now every time I mobile order my coffee it’s messed up. I mobile order my drink more than 10 minutes prior to getting to the store so I don’t have to wait in line and wait for my coffee to be made.
