My husband and I went to Top Cut and enjoyed a spectacular meal. Quinn delivered incredible service, anticipating our wants and needs without infringing on the intimate feeling of our meal. It was clear he knew the menu and offerings and made excellent recommendations. The food was beyond amazing, and we both agreed this was the absolute best meal we have ever enjoyed. From the Waygu kabob to the lamb chops and chicken, even to the absolutely incredible carrot cake, everything was impeccably done. We would absolutely recommend Top Cut for the entire experience.

I wrote a review already, but since no answer I will write another one ! First off mashed potatoes came out cold and dry like they were sitting. Second off steak I got off choice was the porter houseFilet side was down perfect, but the NY strip was super bloody I asked for medium well. They take my steak to reheat it and then they burnt it. They took it back and never replaced and then proceeded to charge me for the steak lol. A JOKE RIGHT I don’t care to reimbursed I was so hungry leaving I went to McDonald’s after that should never happen while being at that caliber off a restaurant.

Atmosphere and service is always spot on , but the food always disappoints. First off the mashed potatoes came out dry and cold ! Then half off my $100 steak was undercook, then they proceeded to reheat my steak and burnt it to the point it was uneatable. The manager comes out takes it I assume they will cook a new steak nope. Then they charge me for it full price when I got half the steak. For a person who works hard for their money don’t waste it here. Was highly disappointed they could’ve atleast brought me out a steak to eat, but nope ! They didn’t even offer any other options everytime I go there due to my skin color treated poorly. Just don’t go here !

We love Top Cut. It never disappoints in service or quality. Justin is our requested server; he speaks slowly and clearly so we can understand and comprehend all of the ingredients in and flavors of the specials. The steaks are nothing short of amazing. Our favorite sides are the truffle mashed potatoes and the carrots. Parking can be tricky, but definitely worth it for Top Cut!
This was our first time at Top Cut. David S was our server and he did a great job reviewing the menu with us and offering suggestions. The food was delicious. Worth every penny. The carrot cake was amazing. We can't wait to go back!

Absolutely fantastic experience! I took my boyfriend here for his birthday and our waiter Quinn made the experience so wonderful. I ordered a glass of the Riesling and my boyfriend got the Marcy’s Playground cocktail. We had the oysters & steak and everything was cooked perfectly. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

The food was quite good. But in my opinion, the prices are too high. The food was under seasoned, the carpaccio app was disappointing. Service was excellent, as were the cocktails. In addition to the pics, we had the Asian short rib app which was very good and the soufflé for dessert- also excellent. My husband had the filet mignon and we had creamed spinach, wild mushrooms and gratin potato sides. Very good. I dont know if I'll go back. We went with our friends who had a gift card. But if I was paying full price, I just don't know. It's good, but not sure it's THAT good.
The most significant dining experience we've had. Inviting and warm hosts. Remarkable bar staff that are quick, smooth, and cohesive. Support staff is polite, engaging, and attentive. Steaks are tender, flavorful, and worth it! Atmosphere is romantic, energetic, and elegant. Servers back each other up to ensure your experience is nothing short of spectacular. Thank you, everybody, for a stellar evening!

The wine list was extensive but expensive overall. The service was friendly and professional but at times was slow in serving water and asking to get drink refills. There was about a 20+ minute wait between finishing the dinner and getting desserts.

It's great to be able to get dressed up. Not that you have.The bone in NY strip was so good as were the clams casino. My wife had the chop salad and then had the veal rib chop. She loved both. This and Melt are two of our favorite restaurants.

Went here Saturday night for my sons 21st birthday dinner. The scallop appetizer was the best of the night. The escargot was also good but needed more sauce. I would skip the wedge salad. My husbands ribeye was almost raw when it came to the table (he did send it back to be cooked a few more minutes). Overall it also took very long to receive our food too.Our waiter Charlie asked if we wanted dessert. We said no thank you as we have cake for dessert back at the house. He came back a couple of minutes later and said I forgot I already added the carrot cake. Assuming the restaurant did this for birthdays, we said ok thank you! However, when we received our bill we were charged $15 for a dessert we didn’t order or really need. At the prices we were paying, we just paid the bill but check your receipts. When we were leaving I said to Charlie I noticed you charged us for the carrot cake. He said oh my manager should have taken that off. Curious how the manager knows what we ordered or did not order. He did offer to get her to give us a gift card for the $15. I said no thanks because honestly we won’t be back.The restaurant is extremely loud but overall we enjoyed ourselves. But definitely worth the drive into Philly for a top notch steak house.

The appetizers weren’t anything special the oyster Rockefeller was not appealing at all I couldn’t make it past one of them - entrees were warm at that the Mac and cheese was extremely hot and almost saved everything else when taking bites
