I like to go with friends to this restaurant with my highest recommendations. I go their often. This recommendation is always successful. The meals are tasty and the crew is efficient and cooperative. Whenever we eat in this place we have a splendid evening. highly recommended.
Great beer selection. Decent food. Uninspired staff. They don't really seem to know the product or care. It's odd. Someone is trying hard to promote this place and source great entertainment and beers, but it isn't carried through the entire experience. It doesn't quite match up.
The Blue Dog is more 3.5 than 3 stars. Over 15 years of patronage here and the staff has been great 99% of the time. The atmosphere is usually mellow. But the food is eh. Order cheese fries here and one week you'll get a steak cut fry and the next they look like they're from McDonald's. I've had wings here that were great, but I've also had frozen wings in the middle three times. As had a couple friends.
