This location is the worst. Been there multiple times it's the same thing - lack of inventory, poor service... Kept coming back because it's on my way to work, but I'm done with them...

I love going to Manhattan Bagel! Honestly no matter which one you go to the staff is always AWESOME! So happy and friendly! It's nice to see that for a change! Their food is always really tasty. Definitely a go to every week I hate to admit!

Although busy, my food was quickly prepared and so fresh. Employees were super friendly and kind.

I have been using this location for years and they always do great. When I order ahead my food is always ready on time and I can't remember any time they got my order wrong. I've been to other locations in the area and prefer this one over the rest of them

Before placing an order online for a large order, I had a few questions, when I called, they were so nice and helpful and gave some great suggestions. The manager/owner was very Pleasent to talk to. I will be ordering again for all of our business's breakfast meetings. Picking up was easy and quick.

Great place. Inside or drive thru both are excellent. Bagels are terrific, especially the everything. I also recommend the Ellis Island Hot Pastrami bagel sandwich.

I put a 2 star because on a rare occasion, when they get my order right, the food is good. But, it sucks how it takes them 25 minutes on average to get me a sandwich and 2 loose bagels. I've never experienced such consistent poor service. Half of the time, their employees are just standing there looking clueless. I wonder if there's anyone in charge there, seems like it's run by a bunch of teens.

I've been to multiple Manhattan Bagel locations before and have usually liked my food. My friend and I came here to grab lunch and were pretty disappointed with orders. The hash brown was extra greasy with limited flavor. Her bagel was kinda dry and mine was very okay. Not sure if this was an off day but I wouldn't go back to this location.

Got a coupon for a dozen free bagels and cream cheese when I moved to the area. Was served right away by a friendly young man. Treated my coworkers to breakfast that morning and felt like a hero. Despite the positive initial experience, none of my follow-up visits were anything like the first. One time I tried a new mixed lemonade strawberry drink. I had to dilute it with lots of water as it was way too sweet. I could've made a gallon of that drink out of one cup, it was like pure syrup. Next time I was immediately turned away because they said they were closed yet the hours on the web site said they were open. Today was the final straw. As soon as I placed my order for this turkey bacon avocado bagel sandwich "thing", I immediately regretted it. The drive-thru line wasn't moving. There was only one car ahead of me at the window yet I sat behind them for a full 15 minutes. Cars lined up behind me and some got fed up and drove around. Very young girls behind the window. The "thing" was nearly inedible. The bagel was burnt and stale - too hard to bite into. There was something gritty in it that I spat out - I was afraid I chipped a tooth on it. If it wasn't for the fact that I was so darn hungry after my 3 hour bike ride I would've thrown that garbage away. This location is dangerously bad and needs to close immediately.

I've never been to a bagel drive through before, but I guess the time was right for a new experience. Truth be told, that was the most memorable part of my stop in Chalfont, PA, a village in the bucolic center of Bucks County. It was strange to remain in the car rather than walk in to scope out the bagel bins to see their inventory before ordering. Too, the queue was exceedingly slow, and it would have been quicker to park and go inside, than to wait in the drive up window crawl. Lesson learned. As to the bagel, it was a softy, without firm crust, but plenty of roasted onion flakes. Funny that these rounders are called "Manhattan Bagels," when nothing could be further from an accurate name. Without a firm bite and chew, and smaller than found in a corner bagelry in any borough of the city, these children while minimally satisfactory, just don't provide that full bagel nosh we all love. The peach yogurt smoothie was likewise a poor facsimile of the fresh fruit drink I hoped for. It was made from a heavy sweet peach syrup, with nary a hint of peach pulp to be found. Not to be consumed without insulin. Definitely an experience not to be repeated.

I have been using Catering by Manhattan for several years for very large corporate events for several of my locations. I can always depend on them to be prompt and friendly. The food is always fresh and arranged beautifully. I highly recommend using them if you’re in need of catering for breakfast or lunch.

2 stars because the coffee was hot and actually was prepared the way I asked. However, One bagel was not toasted after asking for it toasted well done the second bagel had a piece of egg and one strip of bacon not quite sure there was any cheese on it for the bacon egg and cheese which was ordered. I should've listened to a few friends that told me not to go there due to the limited amount of food they give you when ordering a breakfast sandwich. Now I understand how there was no cars in line or anyone inside on a Monday morning when I went there.

We called the Manhattan Bagel store to order two sandwiches. Placed the order and were told the payment had to go through GrubHub which we did. Went to pick up to Bagel sandwiches but was provided with two bagels with cream cheese. Told the manager that's not what we ordered he said yes that is what we ordered. I told him I placed the order clearly and knew exactly what I ordered. I looked at the receipt and it literally had in pen ink scratched out my order and in place of that were the two Bagel sandwiches with cream cheese which we did not order. He did not make us what we ordered and told me to take it up with Grub hub. What???? Never heard of such a thing. Manager was rude and didnt care one bit to serve us as customers. Never going back there again. We had to contact Grub hub. At least they have good customer service and provided a refund. Had other problems with poor quality food there before, cold sandwiches, not what was ordered, thrown together like garbage.... It's our own fault for trying again. Drove over to Fountainville store, which was 15 minutes out of the way but worth it to be treated properly.
