The first time I went to get a bagel and the cream cheese was so minimal I asked for more and they told me I'd have to pay for an additional package of it. So I paid the $2.25 (you can get an entire brick or cream cheese for that price at the grocery store). The second time I went the same and the bagel was stale. Very disappointing

I go to this DD often. Everything always tastes great and is consistent (an issue I have with Starbucks, where drinks aren't always made the same - not a major problem to me, but I know some people rely on consistency). I've used both the drive through and gone inside to pick up, and both through mobile ordering or through ordering at the store. They are always so fast and everyone I've interacted with is so friendly and lovely. The only negative I can think of is that it can be difficult to turn left once you're leaving if there is traffic, but the visibility is clear and traffic isn't usually bad.

This is a very consistent Dunkin. Everything always seems fresh and the service is usually great. The parking lot is a death trap though and the drive thru often backs up in to Butler Pk so you can get in if you want to go to the lobby but that’s not really their fault. That said, it is the only reason it’s not 5 stars. If it’s not backed up it’s worth the stop. Solid and clean Dunkin!

Someone needs to find a bucket of hot soapy water and a sponge and clean the entrance/foyer of this establishment. The build up of filth and grime on the floors, walls, doors and above all the door handles is absolutely disgusting!

I've been here a dozen times and always got my order correct. The people are also very friendly here. This one also has a drive thru unlike the Doylestown one so that is nice.

Word experience ever. Asked for a frozen hot chocolate and got a hot one came back in line to return the hot one for a frozen and the guy behind the counter started getting argumentative and rude with me when there was no reason.

Completely messed up our large mobile order. When contacted to let them know that literally half of the donuts and items were incorrect, I was told by the owner “that’s not my problem. You will need to bring them all back and I’ll just give you your money back”. So we wasted over an hour over going back and forth, kids went without their Sunday special breakfast, and we will not be returning to this location. Once we got there to return the incorrect items, the owner continued to argue with us for over 20 minutes before finally giving us our money back. Be aware, the owner stated they regularly will substitute items you order without letting you know and it’s not his problem for that either. Also, he placed the donuts we returned back for sale? Pretty sure that is unsafe for other customers. Poor service here and an unapologetic staff.
