We order from El Limon in Chalfont multiple times a month. The food is always great — good quality and large portions — but the service is absolutely horrible. The employees act like they don’t care, and lately the place feels more focused on money than customers.
Today we found a long fake French tip nail in our takeout. When we called (in both English and Spanish), we were hung up on twice. A third employee answered, showed no concern, refused a refund, and told us to drive back to pick up a new meal.
The food might be good, but the way they treat customers is unacceptable. Very disappointed

Food was good, my only complaint was getting charged for small dishes of sour cream and jalapeños. Ironic that we didn’t get a credit for my wife asking for them to not put sour cream on her nachos.
